Everything. The hotel was the prettiest we’ve been to in Slovenia. Well designed and just beautiful all around. Amazing dinner and breakfast. Staff gave us a wonderful welcome and were able to check us in the room early.
Spa experience would be better if massages were available.

A charming boutique hotel a few kilometres from Lake Bohinj – a modern feel inside an old building & very peaceful.
The restaurant is really lovely. We had breakfast every morning and ate there several nights. The food was great, and we sat outside next to the little river that runs alongside the hotel, which was a treat. Our room was compact, had a comfortable bed and had a good bathroom and air conditioning that coped well during the heatwave.
Bohinjska Bistrica is a good stepping-off point, sitting roughly midway between Lake Bohinj and Lake Bled. We took the bus into Bohinj rather than driving – parking at the lake can be tight during high season, and the buses run frequently. Once you’ve worked out the app, they’re easy to hop on and off.
The town itself is convenient and nice in its own right. There’s a delicious bakery at the bus stop, there are plenty of other good restaurants, some nice bars, and a big supermarket, which is handy. It’s also a stop on the car train through to the Soča Valley – something we’d do next time.
The team made us very welcome. We particularly enjoyed getting to know Natalia and Davor who were lovely. We look forward to coming back.

Very stylish and elegant hotel.
Nice and peaceful and quiet which was surprising as it was August.
Loved the garden and pool to relax by and hearing the babbling brook felt very serene.
Staff were very attentive and friendly and gave lots of great info on things to do nearby.
Room was an ok size wise as I was on my own and was very clean and comfortable.
Dinner and breakfast were great.
I was able to park outside which was very handy.
My room was on ground floor right next to the bar and lift so i was worried out being kept away but i was actually fine and there wasn't a lot of noise.
Would've been great to have a selection of different types of pillows as they were all soft and I like a firm pillow.
Would've been great to have tea/coffee making facilities in the room and also the hair dryer in the room wasn't great.
Bit disappointing that the spa was an extra cost and limitted booking which didnt fit in with my plans.

Situation, breakfast and personal very friendly
Paid parking not available near the hotel, no fridge in the room, no safe in the room. For the breakfast : no possibility to toast bread
