It’s our 4th time in this hotel as we come to Ericeira for surfing every year. The hotel is the best and the staff are so helpful and friendly every time we visit. Thank you for looking after us!
Everything is great but be prepared for humidity of the coastal town, things take a little while to dry!

We liked the location and the lovely breakfasts which had plenty of variety.
The room was very cramped. Hardly any space to put anything. We tended to live out of the suitcase.
The majority of the staff were very helpful but there were a couple of lazy staff who did not make much effort with guests.

Our stay was made exceptional by the wonderful staff. Nothing was too much trouble and they went the extra mile to make our stay special. The room was cleaned and towels replaced as required and their attention to detail was easily the best we’ve experienced..

Location was great. The layout and amenities in the room were fine.
Sheets and pillowcases had red stains. The floor felt greasy. There was mold in the room. The hair dryer and the basket were moldy.
