Very new, clean and modern. Loved the villa.
Unfortunately, across all their locations in Ericeira, I met a lot of zionists and I didn’t feel safe or comfortable being in a community where they were welcomed. So if you’re against the genocide and don’t want to feel triggered by their audacious and provoking behavior and comments, don’t go, because they were in every outsite location and event i’ve been to!

Las instalaciones lo mejor! Compartías las áreas comunes con otras personas y eso lo hacía diferente a lo acostumbrado.
La distancia con el centro , 20 min caminando con muchas pendientes pero normal caminar , imaginamos que fue para poder tener espacio para cuadrar el carro. Nos hubiera gustado estar más cerca a la zona del centro.

Gute Lage mit Parkmöglichkeiten am Haus, atemberaubende Meersicht, zu Fuss innerhalb 15min im Zentrum. Bequemes Bett.
Wir verbrachten Ende Oktober 2025 zwei Nächte im neuen Outsite Praia do Sul Ericeira. Bei unserer Ankunft war das Zimmer leider nicht richtig sauber. Auf dem Bürostuhl hatte es Reiskörner und Tabakreste vom Vorgänger, am Boden und in den Schränken Haare, Nachttisch fleckig..
Wir kontaktierten das Personal, diese boten an, das jemand vom Housekeeping am nächsten Tag vorbeischaut. Ebenfalls nach dem Auffrischen vom Zimmer am nächsten Tag war es nicht sauberer. Nach erneuter Nachfrage wurde es gründlicher gereinigt.
Die gemeinsam genutzten Räume wie Küche und Wohnzimmer sowie der Gang und Treppenhaus wirkten nicht so einladend wegen mangelnder Sauberkeit. Schade bei dieser tollen Villa mit Aussicht.
