AMERICANA TROPICALE was designed with the vision of creating the ideal home base for a group wanting to experience the Key West adventure. The large living area is ideal for gearing up to head out or winding down after a day full of adventure in Old Town. There is plenty of seating for everyone, with several plush couches, chairs, and seating at the island-inspired dining table. One of the sofas pulls out to a queen sized sleeper to accommodate two extra guests. There is a half bathroom off the living area for convenience. The kitchen sits off the living area with luxury appliances and tools, equipped with everything you'll need to prepare a meal at home in between enjoying the fantastic array of Old Town restaurant options, all just a few blocks walk away. YOUR PRIVATE SALTWATER POOL... The living room opens up to the lovely pool area, with equal amounts of sunshine and shade all day and fully fenced for privacy. The saltwater pool can be heated and is surrounded by luxury chaise lounges and chairs for relaxing outside. Lush tropical greenery decorates the fence and the BBQ grill is perfect for a poolside cookout. There will be a $500 charge for after-hours dispatch of our staff in response to calls resulting from verified noise complaints for violations by our guests in residence.

We came to Key West with our adult grandchildren. The house is spacious and spread out with plenty of room and privacy for all.
We drove to Key West and were concerned about parking.
It was not a problem.
We were assigned a spot and chose to leave our car parked for the 3 days we were there.
The house is just steps away from Duval St. and midway between Mallory Square and the Southernmost Point.
It was easy enough to walk to where we wanted but if we wanted to go further we called UBER and they came within minutes, no matter where we were.
As close as we were to Duval we thought there might be a noise problem but not at all.
Our thanks to Danny for the reception when we arrived. He was there waiting and filled us in on anything we needed to know.
Also, thanks to Charlie, with the concierge team to help arrange a few outings.
Overall, it was a pleasant experience.

We stayed here for our family vacation. The place was roomy enough for everyone and the location was ideal. Danny our property manager was extremely helpful- he carried our luggage in when we first arrived and brought us cookware so we could enjoy our homemade Sunday Italian dinner. I highly recommend!

Danny was great as we arrived and very helpful. As the parking situation became an issue he quickly became a different person and wasn’t friendly at all. He was very unorganized and started to threaten our car being towed after telling us where to park. There were multiple parties involved and he took sides of those that yelled the loudest. Very uncomfortable and unsettling to say the least. I’ll keep it that!!!!

This was the perfect spot for our Birthday getaway. Close to Duval to walk right into the action. The house was absolutely beautiful and had enough space for all 8 of us. We enjoyed the pool as well since it was way too hot outside.... Thank you for another great stay...

We came for a girls trip with a party of 8 people. The house was lovely. The pool is an excellent bonus! The location cannot be beat, walkable to everything on Duval street. Communication with the property management company was easy with very quick response times. We would definitely stay here again!

Entry door off a quiet alleyway made us feel special.
Colorful decor, private pool, within walking distance of pretty much everything. Plus dog friendly. We had an RV, so parking was a challenge. So once we parked we walked everywhere or took an Uber.

We loved the location of the house and really enjoyed the pool and outdoor area. We were a group of friends away for a long weekend and it was very comfortable and spacious for us in the main living areas. Two of the bedrooms are much smaller with smaller bathrooms, so if we go again we wouldn’t split the cost equally. Having said that, we’d stay here again! Property managers were great and very communicative.

The property is located in the heart of Key West. We had a great time with my wife, my three sons and 2 of which are married and 1 grand child. The only feedback I would give is put a King in the largest bedroom upstairs. Would be an easy fix to switch furniture with one of the other bedrooms. We ended up staying downstairs since there were King Beds. 2nd Feedback is to unlock the thermastat in the downstairs bedroom. Locked on 72 and could not adjust. Maintenance could not fix. Even if had a range of 68-72. Very hot at night. Aside from that was an excellent rental and would come back if can unlock the nest thermostat.

This house worked perfectly for a 50th birthday celebration with 8 guests. 3 couples and two singles. House had flexible bed setups, each room with attached full bath and a half bath in Living Room. As it was Oct and temps were 85 degrees each day, the pool was a fantastic gathering point to get together and cool off. The living room had ample seating for all 8 guests to gather. Though one block off Duval, the house was amazingly quiet inside and even while enjoying the pool.

4 guys pushing 50, we each had our own room and bathroom. We went fishing during the day, soaked in the pool, then dinner. The location is great for Duval and the nicely equipped kitchen made it easy to cook as well. Great place!

This very quaint home is located right off of Duval St (approx 1/2 way between both ends) so a PERFECT location. The home was clean and each bedroom had its own private bathroom. Two bedrooms have twin beds that can be converted into Kings prior to your arrival if wanted. Very large Dinning table for dinners and games. Pool, grill, patio furniture also a big plus. Would absolutely stay there again.

Everything was as advertised & expected. Very quiet, other then the air traffic. The best location for Duvall night life, Mallory Square, the marina & the public beach. The property was clean & well maintained, even the pool was maintained daily while we were there.

Our stay with Last Key Realty was perfect from start to finish. Booked this spot for my boyfriend’s 30th birthday and both of our parents and siblings came along. The spot is even more beautiful and spacious than the photos appear. We all slept comfortably and each couple having their own bathroom was an added bonus. The pool deck was the perfect size for all of us to enjoy. And the location just cannot be beat, right behind Duval with everything in walking distance but still tucked away from the craziness for some relaxation. The property management team is friendly and accommodating (special shout out to Chad for all the extra attention to detail and help!) If you’re looking for the perfect family or friends vacation rental, book this place!!
