I will still come back because of the ambiance and the pool but please make sure heater is working.

I love the overall place, ambiance, pool, room was spacious. Yellowtown cafe was also great. Though I was misinformed about the registration during Easter Sunday, the manager was able to help us out. The employees assumed I had the reservation on the event so they said Sunday is when I can register. They could have asked if i had a reservation (which I could have paid Friday - 2 days prior the event). We were told that no slots were available but good thing, on the day of the event, the manager confirmed our kids can join and they were happy.

1. Heater was not working though we reported it twice. For the 3 days stay, it didn't work at all. Technician said he will check on their main switch but still it wasn't working. Pretty cold after swimming in the pool. 2. Breakfast buffet didn't have much choices, also restaurant was packed and small. 3. Gameroom only had billiard table, if it was bigger/more choices would have been great. They could have separated the gameroom and gym. 4. We found some candy under the sofa and charger - which means it wasn't cleaned properly prior.

Fabulosa estancia en Tagaytay

El alojamiento es muy tranquilo, todas las habitaciones dan hacia la piscina y la gente no suele hacer ruido al usarla. Tienes tu propia terraza donde disfrutar de la temperatura, que es más fresca que en el resto del país.

Para el desayuno tienen poca variedad, podrían ofrecer algo más. El horario de la piscina podrían ampliarlo hasta las 10 de la noche. Hay iluminación suficiente y la verdad se agradecería.

We had a wonderful time staying in this hotel.

lovely stay in this hotel👍

the place is nice and the staff is so helpful and accomodating, especially the staff in the restaurant Dekada. They are very prompt and attentive to your needs. The hotel interiors are warm.and welcoming..I like the decorations and bible quotations displayed on the various parts of the hotel. The hotel pool was a bit cold as it was already late in the afternoon when we had a swim but there's a warm jacuzzi to relax and get lazy. The hotel rooms are clean and massive! the beds are comfy and the terrace is a nice place to chill and relax. I also like their special letter addressed to their room guests. overall stay is great and i would love to stay again.

wifi signal is a bit tricky. they gave me various codes to key in to connect to wifi but nothing worked.

Location is good. The place is nice & breakfast is good.

I should have given above expectation with the staff from the day we arrived until we checked out but the guard on duty that time was not helpful at all. He saw that me & my husband has a lot of stuff & bags carrying out to put in our car with 2 kids (a toddler), he just look at us knowing that I already drop one of the bag that I've been carrying. He don't even bother helping us. From the day we arrived the staff & guards helped us & make sure we are safe except from the guard on duty the time we checked out.

Very accessible to the toueist spot. Most specually to the lourdes church and Padre Pio chapel.. A very accomodating staff and relaxing ambiance.. Overall we have a very good and memorable stay.

I didn't expect how spacious and clean this place is , i like our rooms were near the pool area so all the kids enjoyed plus with mini playground as well. I love the Dekada restaurant good food and good coffee at Yaletown coffee shop upstairs 2nd floor.

The floors on our room was slippery when wet so i had minor accidents just walking along. Please provide more mats and face towels and pls provide facial tissues for your guest.

Not a lot of people checkin in.

The staff. Whilst booking the rooms,I asked them if we would have to pay for a wedding photoshoot. No clarification from their side that it would cost us 10,000 pesos .Because of this, the entourage had to alter their plan. Cheeky and unprofessional team members. Some were warm. Some were not.

Quiet. Not a lot of people checking in.

I had asked them if the wedding photoshoot would be free of charge before I booked the rooms. They did not clarify that we would have to pay 10,000 pesos for that. This caused the entire entourage to alter our plans on the wedding day. We found that cheeky and unprofessional. Some staff members were warm ,some were not. The reception area is not always manned.

Staff were helpful.

Smell of sewage in bathroom. Toilet seat was not fixed correctly. Lack of coat hangers. water in shower was not very hot. Limited breakfast choice for western food.

Royale parc hotel staycation

We really liked the accessibility of the pool and common areas since it was located in the middle of the property. The rooms were also clean and the whole place was decorated for the holidays so it looked extra cozy. The location of the property allows you to explore nearby establishments at night. They also have a cafe and restaurant if you just want to stay in.

We didn't like that we have to find the room by ourselves. Considering that we weren't assisted with our bags, we had to lug our stuff around while figuring out our room's location. We also told the front desk that our room phone was not working (considering that we are quite far from the reception, it was really inconvenient whenever we would like to ask them something about the pool hours, the breakfast time). We called their attention about the phone twice but they didn't do anything about it. They just acknowledged us but did not do anything to fix it. Toiletries and robes were provided but slippers were not.

Love the balcony views and huge rooms with plenty of space. Staff were also very friendly and helpful and catered to all our needs promptly.

The rooms are quite old and worn out and had a bit of a musty smell in them, which was unfortunate. There were also quite a few dead zones both with the wifi signal and normal data. One of our booked rooms was also located in the corner near the staff area right in front of the stairs so the view was blocked and the musty, wet smell was even worse.

I mentioned we had a senior and pwd. They placed us in the ground floor which is very nice and accessible to my old father who cannot walk well.
