The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. We really liked the convenient location, as it’s close to malls and restaurants. The staff were friendly and accommodating, and the pool and hotel surroundings were lovely and relaxing.
Overall, we had a very pleasant stay.

I had to ask them to change the pillow because it smelled bad, the elevator took sometime in the mornings

The location, lobby and the staff.
When we enter our room it was wet, the walls are moist and we had to clean it because our son slip on the floor almost hit his head. We booked 2 rooms and one of the other room has a really heavy stench of mould, like the room hasnt been ventilated properly. We called front desk to discuss about it and was just told to turn up the AC for it to dry, had a housekeeper to wipe the wet floor but first impression wasn’t great. TV only offered local recorded shows didn’t had other options for screening for the price we were charged for the night we should have gotten more out of it.
