La ubicación es óptima a pesar de que no es céntrico

No puedes llegar muy tarde porque cierran la puerta, te brindan teléfonos para que llames y te abran pero nunca nos atendieron la llamada Además no pudimos hacer uso de las áreas comunes ya que el que parecía ser dueño del lugar y familia se adueñaron completamente de la zona durante los días que estuvimos, así que quizá no deberían ofrecerla

Los jardines están muy bonitos. La ubicación está perfecta y las instalaciones tienen una excelente relación con su precio

De cierto modo me incómodo el estacionamiento pero no es algo que realmente sea una queja

Very charming, with incredibly attentive staff. Nice mattress, which surprised me for that price point. Very clean sheets that looked and smelled pristine. We had a miscommunication about which rooms had AC, but they helped correct the erroneous booking to get me what I wanted.

Hmm... Well, they put in the effort to make sure the room had light-blocking curtains, but the door was (privacy) glass and had no curtains, so the sun barged in uninvited. Aside from that, because of how folks live in that area of the city, there were dogs yapping and roosters crowing (which the hotel is not to blame for), so make sure you have ear plugs.

The beds were comfortable and they were very helpful with the luggage since it was on a hill.

Needed some curtains by the door for privacy and a mirror in the room or living room.

I love this place. It is at a hill near the city center. While it could take 20min to walk, but it only takes uber 100 peso to travel around. You can see the whole city from the house. They have a great yard that you can read, or just seat there. The rooftop is amazing. I feel I was home.

The family was awesome, helpful and friendly and helped us in all our questions about travel around Guanajuato.

Casa Malva was a perfect place for our family to stay in Guanajuato. Lucy and Edgar welcomed us warmly as soon as we arrived. There are options for tours and a delicious breakfast on-site. You can walk about 20 minutes to the historic center. The view from the rooftop is gorgeous! We would stay here again.

The neighbor has roosters that are up early, but you get used to it!
