The Building was great the pool, workout area and location was good. Having access to the beach was really great with good service there. The condo itself was disappointing. *The cable TV was not available (HDMI 3 didn’t exist on the TV as directions stated) *The directions for WiFi etc…seem outdated *The tub drain was disassembled and we had to reassemble to use the tub *The fan in the bathroom was loud and didn’t seem to work at all during and after showering *The AC unit was loud *A remote for the ceiling fan in the bedroom was broken and didn’t work *There was no Tv in the bedroom *The bed was uncomfortable but might have been OK if the sheets weren’t so bad (like sandpaper) *The door to the washer and dryer is off it’s track and didn’t want to go back on *Late in our stay we went to use the microwave and it was not working (Code F7 was showing) *Last night there went to take trash to the garbage shute and it was overflowing with trash *Woman who checked us in was rude and disrespectful *We had to search three cabinets to find the lock box with the key for our condo upon areova…seemed odd to me as there is about 100 in the cabinet. The person at the desk didn’t assist at all just opens the door and said look for yours The area is really decent and is up and coming, this location is good and the overall building is why we would come back, just not at this particular condo.

This apartment, in a beautiful high-rise, was perfect for us. My sister and I laid back by the pool and visited the beach. Local festivities ie: Pirate Fest and restaurants made our vacation a memorable one. The people are amazing and the neighborhood is thriving! Our hosts were great. I had questions and received prompt answers. All amenities ate within walking distance. Using a LYFT or UBER will not break the bank. Usually under $10.00 each way. Well...Im going back! See you there!!

Loved how secure the building is. Beautiful building and grounds. Condo itself was terrific. It was me and my 15 year old daughter and we loved it. Close to the beach and great restaurants.

Everything was great. The condo is one bedroom with a kitchenette and living room area. Very impressive - consigner, valet, garage and everything very secure. The hot tubs have been removed so the listing should be updated. Very nice place to stay.

Overall very satisfied, after a bumpy check-in that got resolved within 20 minutes. Property well described, but could use a fresh coat of paint in all rooms. Great to have secure, garage parking and the beach pass was a real plus! Would stay on property again.

Small relatively clean 2 bedroom. Convenient to beach 1.5mls away.Nice gym on 5th floor.Haveing the beach pass made it convenient . Otherwise nothing in the area. You will need a car.

His was exactly what we were looking for for our trip. This accommodation had everything a hotel suite would have. Diego was mindful for travelers leaving us beach passes, towels, sunscreen, a cooler and even aloe. There was a washer/dryer, kitchen, hair dryer, extra towels, pillows blankets. We were set! The gym and pool on the top floor were a great bonus as well. We were within walking distance of great restaurants as well. We find a great cafe for coffee and breakfast sandwiches right around the corner. Having a CVS across the street was also super convenient. The beach pass was great as well. The beach was within a mile. Perfect to park and chill for several hours. Diego was super efficient and accommodating in his communications as well. :)

Great building, convenient location. We were not informed that one of the pools and the hot tub were under construction. The apartment was a bit shabby, and not as clean as expected. We had to replace 2 flood lights in the kitchen ourselves.
