Tom & Jill were exceptional hosts. Everything was clean and tidy, they respected our privacy but made us feel at home. Next time we're back in Waikanae, we will definitely book with them again.

TV did not work; the shower is a disaster. No shower door means the place flooded despite efforts with towels on the floor to stop the water from spreading. This meant the floor had to be mopped up and attempts made to dry but didn't have the equipment for this meaning the floors were wet the entire stay. Tea bags and coffee were provided but no cups, no sugar, no milk and no kettle provided so effectively no means of even making a cup of tea at any stage. Hosts were very nice but only met Jill when I arrived and Tom late the evening before I left. Parking was safe but very tight as there was no room to turn so you either reversed in (which off a busy street was tricky) or you reversed out and took your chances with the traffic.
