Nice and relaxed accommodation with both surf breaks walking distance away. Elli and Zior were lovely hosts too! I even came back for another long weekend - would deffo stay again

- the owners: kind and helpful
- great surfing lessons at reasonable rates. My daughters (8 & 9 years old) both loved it.
- nice, well equipped common area: cooking with a (stunning) view
- good vibes
I think we were a bit unlucky: it was very hot during our visit (end of dry season/start rainy season) and our bungalow (#6) had little ventilation due to the small windows.
Also lacked a shaded porch.
The other (new) bungalows looked like they might’ve been more comfortable (better ventilation?)
Finally got unlucky that termites started to swarm during first rains, leaving a mess of termite wings in our room. Nothing the owners could’ve done about that, but in combination with the intense heat… did spoil the fun a bit 😅

Amazing view!! Really enjoying our stay here! Staff were so nice, and our room (#9) had the best view of the beach down below!

The location was excellent, and directly in front of a really nice beach. The family in charge of the property were kind and very helpful. Made you feel welcome.
It was definitely not a “9” and “wonderful” as some of the reviews stated…at least not in my opinion. Those reviews are very misleading. It is basically like camping in cabins. Our cabin had a bathroom, but the bathroom was kinda “grungy”…not exactly dirty, but not what I would expect for $95 a night let’s say. Other cabins shared a common bathroom. The common areas were cluttered and again, not “ wonderful “. The owners/managers were a very nice family and made you feel welcome. There is no on site parking…one space was available across the street that was first come, first serve. Overall a tired property has potential with some work.
