-Please note that our rate is only $250 per night the additional charges are from VRBO this rate is for 1 or 2 guests and 1 bedroom - the 2nd bedroom is a flat rate of $100 per night - for 2 guests wanting separate bedrooms or if there is a 3rd or 4th guest, must inform how many guests are staying at the cottage - in case of emergency.
- Children UNDER the age of 2 years may stay in bedroom with parents without extra charge (must inform us there is a child staying), over this age the second bedroom is required.
