Tutto ok
Le foto su booking mostrano una terrazza con vista sul mare, ma in realtà la bellissima terrazza ha solo vista sulle alpi Apuane. Bellissimo panorama, ma non corrisponde alla realtà. Si dice che la struttura è a 5 minuti di macchina dal Mare (Lerici), in realtà c'è ne vogliono 15 almeno. Io ho letto, inoltre sulla descrizione di booking, che la struttura permetteva di raggiungere il mare a piedi in 20 minuti , ma non è così...ci vuole molto tempo per raggiungere la spiaggetta a piedi, anzi, a piedi è quasi impossibile andarci .

Colazione all'italiana di qualità ottima e abbondante. Se volete la coazione, ricordatevi di avvertire l'host (Sig.Gabriele) il giorno prima.
Il luogo è fresco e si dorme bene, anche d'estate
Il proprietario è gentilissimo e pronto darci tutte le informazioni utili su cosa visitare, dove mangiare ecc
Entra un po' di luce in camera alla mattina presto

The location is extremely quiet with fabulous view of the mountains.
The landlord is an extremely pleasant man.
The accommodation is perhaps a little on the rustic side.
I would probably stay there again if the WIFI was improved and the toilet seat was changed.
The toilet seat was broken. It needs to be replaced.
The WIFI was poor to non-existent.
