This is the second time we have stayed in this hotel. The staff were so friendly and helpful. We arrived late with our two young children and they were very understanding and made us feel so welcome. Such a great location, so close to the seafront in the beautiful little town of Le Grazie. The breakfast was lovely too!!

Cheap breakfast, not as described on booking.com
Staircases, elevators, rooms and the whole hotel is in an overall pretty bad shape. The only area that appears to be in a slightly better shape is the hall/concierge/breakfast area. Not sure about the restaurant as I didn’t go and I’m unsure it is the same as the breakfast area.

Good price-quality, good breakfast, and AC (although not the most modern, it was working). We managed to find and pay for public parking.
The bed was too soft for me, but it is individual.

Nice renovated reception and restaurant, beautiful location and a fantastic breakfast selection every morning. Close to little local beach, restaurants and a bus stop if you need to go anywhere. Incredible lady that managed breakfast and reception in the mornings.
Hotel is lacking a lot of necessary basics, even for the lower-priced hotels. Room just overall very drab and outdated. No hot or even warm water available if you try to shower any time after 7am - in 5 days being there I managed to catch warm water once, the rest of the time had to do with just cold, no matter the time of day. In my particular room some sort of unpleasant smell that I couldn't identify, so had to keep windows open at all times to try and get rid of it. I was put in a room on the north side with no sun at any time of the day, so it was fairly cool, which would have been nice, except there is also nowhere to dry your things, so my beach towels, bikinis and clothes ended up dump the whole time I was there. Pretty sure my stay promised a tv - there was none, just cables handing off the walls. Not an issue for me as I wouldn't use TV anyways, but might matter for some. No night light, so in the evening had to switch on lights in the bathroom and keep the door slightly open into the room if I wanted to not be in the dark or not have bright lights on all day. Most importantly, I felt very unsafe after staff tried to open my door as I was changing to try and check in another person into my room. After I opened the door, the same lady that checked me in was very surprised to see me. I didn't receive any apologies, she just asked "is this your room?!" and then walked away. Thankfully there was a latch on the inside, but if I had forgotten to lock it, a man would have walked into the room as I was changing. Extremely unsafe for solo travelers, especially females. Overall, I would suggest this hotel only if you know you can go without some basics the whole time or on a very tight budget.
