Very clean, the host answers really quickly and with great information. I recommend serving dinner at one of the recommended restaurants by the host as they are very good. Location is really close to the strain station which allows you to visit Cinque Terre really easily and cheap without the hassle of going with a car. There is also a private parking 8 mins away.

Location near train. Lucca is nice
Extremely loud noise throughout the entire night because the apartment is located at a busy intersection. The breakfast at the café across the street was very poor.
The reservation states that parking is available, but the parking is actually about a 30-minute walk away and is paid.
There is also an error in the address provided by Booking.com. When you receive the address link, it shows a street in Livorno instead of La Spezia.
