It was a grand building overlooking the park
A five minute walk to the port for the boats and also close to the shopping street and restaurants. A 10 minute walk to the castle. Romi was very helpful and let us leave our bags there after check out. Everything was as expected.
A small point- no tea making facility in the room only coffee. Noisy at night from the street but that will be the same anywhere- La Spezia is a big city.

Location is awesome, staff very amigable, good communication and easy to check-in even after hours. Good air conditioning. Nice to have cookies and coffee
Could have better quality of soap and shampoo, recommend installing double window.
