La camera è bella, confortevole, pulita e ben attrezzata. Il check-in è autonomo e trovare il percorso chiave è stato come un gioco, ma nessun problema. Torneremo volentieri per stare qui.
All’inizio eravamo preoccupati per il loro metodo di contatto che sembrava strano e non eravamo a nostro agio con la loro richiesta di fotografie della nostra carta di credito fronte e retro, ma dopo averli contattati hanno detto che non era necessario.

There's an elevator to take bags up to the room. The bed was very comfortable. The room size overall was good. There were two large windows letting sunlight in. A shoe storage with two drawers were available as well as a hanger rack. The room smelled clean. There was a small desk with a phone and lamp. A wine fridge was mounted to the wall. A basket of snacks for sell were also on the desk. The shower head plenty of hot water and maintained temperature setting.
The large windows looked out into a wall and other apartment windows. There was no refrigerator, microwave or warming element. The desk was small and had a lot of items on it limiting the space for use. The shower had a black colored film around the grout. The shower door leaked water onto the floor.

Great location to centre of La Spezia and clean room.
The main door on the second floor did not lock and the room doors on several ovations did not close.
Also the pins to access the keys are all the same bar the digit that correlates to your room. So anyone can take your key card.
My wife was not comfortable being in the room on her own due to the poor security.
