Location, staff, bed, rooftop bar.
Rooms not really set up for touring visitors like us, no room for suitcases. Other than that cant fault.

Friendlies and helpful nature of staff, who asked if everything was to my satisfaction.
Breakfast was well balanced with a variety of options.

The location was very good, overlooking the harbour and port. Very easy to access the ferries to the cinque terre villages. Also the breakfasts were good with plenty of choice. Gluten free options were easily available.
I would suggest to improve my stay would be to add the ability to make a hot drink in the room. There was no kettle.
