Nestled in Seneca Lake, this lovely house for $385 per night is a great choice for your next trip. Beautiful 5* home on Seneca lake, with an unbelievable lake view from the large 235' flat waterfront property. A small 15 mph lakeside road is quiet and convenient for walking to the nearby 2 restaurants for food and/or drinks, as well as a great waterside stroll! This completely renovated home is cozy and comfortable for a peaceful getaway from home for all seasons. Enjoy the propane fireplace & heat during cold winter months or large windows for spring and summer air. Central AC newly installed! All furnishings, appliances, and bedding are updated regularly. Hardwood floors. Enjoy the huge landscaped flat yard for family gatherings and yard games. The gazebo is perfect for dining outdoors. Or spend the day relaxing sitting in the phenomenal, large 14'x16' pavilion with comfortable furniture and a hammock surrounded by flowers. Make your own bonfire in the stone 6' fire pit for an evening of relaxation with a beautiful view of the lake. Enjoy two kayaks for water fun. Best rental around! ***NOTE: Rental Limitations: maximum of 6 people on property and 4 parked cars. No weddings, large gatherings, or RVs. ***Property Restrictions: In order for us to keep our property pristine for your stay we have the following restrictions: We do not allow RVs, motor homes, tents of any kind, special events (ie. weddings, reunions, corporate events etc.). Maximum parking 4 cars. MAXIMUM capacity of the house is 6 people. Special requests will be considered by the owner and may have stipulations and/or extra charges. PETS - You love your pets and so do we and to keep our home beautiful please no pets on the furniture! We ask that you please make sure the yard is cleaned up upon your departure. For those who have pets that shed please do an initial vacuum of the house to remove all pet hair upon your departure. We hope to keep our home pet-friendly for everyone but we need some help to maintain the cleanliness of our home. A separate pet security deposit may be required. 2 PET MAXIMUM (strictly enforced) Thank you to all. New dining Gazebo: Enjoy your meals sitting at the table with 6 chairs while cooking on the Weber stainless BQ and granite top cooking island while looking at the lovely lake. We all had a wonderful time. The house was perfect. I only wish we had more time! The house is beautiful. Right on the lake with gorgeous views. Would love to come back when it’s a bit warmer so we can enjoy all the outside activities. The owners make it wonderful for guests!!

This property far exceeded our expectations! The owner is wonderful and the condition of the home was immaculate and decorated perfectly! You feel like you are renting your friends home! The kitchen was fully equipped and we mean fully! We ate home 5 of the 7 nights and were mesmerized by the beauty of the lake and mountains . The location was great- close to both south and north sides of the lake. Don’t miss sunrise sitting on the porch and drinking your coffee!!

Lovely home on a quiet street directly on Seneca Lake. My husband and I enjoyed this pet-friendly home, with our dog, where we could relax by the fire pit and sit on the private dock. Great location where we could walk to two restaurants and pontoon rentals. The house is very well kept and equipped with all the necessities. Highly recommend this home as your next vacation spot.

This is the second time we have stayed at Chris’s place and it was just as wonderful as we remember! Well stocked kitchen for cooking, comfortable beds and lots of living space. Many outdoor areas for relaxing and the view is fantastic. Chris is a great host. Will definitely be back

This was our second time staying at this magical property and it was as fantastic as we remembered.
The house and outside property are impeccably maintained and the home owner is extremely friendly, helpful, and responsive. Plus you cannot beat the incredible lake views!
Our family, including two pups, had such a magical time in what’s become one of our favorite places to stay.
We cannot wait to return!

This property was a total delight, as was communicating with the host! We were two couples travelling to the Finger Lakes and this location was centrally located on the western shore of Lake Seneca - with great access to Watkins Glen and Geneva, LOTS of wineries and a gorgeous view of the lake. SO much outdoor space as well for relaxing and taking in the view. Hope to return and the host was constantly available for any last minute questions once on site. Many thanks for a great getaway!

This was our first time visiting the Finger lakes.
If I could sum up the perfect weekend into a bottle, this was it.
We visited April 14-17th. The weather was so gorgeous. I don’t know how we got so lucky. It was sunny and 85 degrees which is not normal for this time of year. We had the best weather all weekend.
This allowed us to sit on the dock, watch the sunrise, make a fire in the gorgeous large fire pit.
We sat under the brand new refinished gazebo/patio area and played cards.
The wineries and breweries were just an added bonus. We ate the best dinner at the restaurant just a quick walk down the street.
The house was ADORABLE!!! The beds were so comfortable, the sheets were so soft and everything was so cozy.
We did get to talk to the owner of the property. She is so nice!! She gave great recommendations of where to eat and activities to do.
This was one of the best weekends I’ve had in a long time.
If you want peace, gorgeous views, relaxation and a great place to stay…this is your house.
The water on the lake was CRYSTAL CLEAR and freezing cold, but it looked so refreshing my husband jumped in! (Quickly got out too) lol
I HIGHLY recommend this property. Loved it!!!

We had a fabulous stay touring the region, sampling local wines, and enjoying several meals out! Christine is professional, accommodating, and helpful. The house had everything we could need! It was a very relaxing respit for us. Beautifully decorated and comfortable. Rural area between Geneva and Watkins Glenn. Would have enjoyed the area more prior to November, when we visited. Watkins Glenn is only partially opened. Wineries were a blast and have gorgeous views. I enjoyed having my morning coffee at the dock.

Perfect & peaceful place for two couples to relax along the Seneca Wine Trail. Seneca Lake view is awesome from the dock, outdoor fire pit and the living room couch. VERY pleased that we stayed here vice hotel rooms in the region. Location works well if you want to stay put or venture into near by towns.

Booked this as a surprise stay for my dads 60th and it could not have been more perfect. The host had great recommendations on what to do around the area and my parents loved every minute.

First time visiting Finger Lakes.
Chris, the owner, was very helpful and we liked that the home was on one floor and no steps. The home is older but clean and the large grounds are very nice with plenty of open clear lake views. The home is separated from the lake by a small paved road, but the road does not hamper the views. Their is a pier right on the water to enjoy the views from as well.
The beds are excellent and the home is functional and has two bedrooms.
The location is 20 minutes or so from any gas station, grocery store, etc.
The weather was good and the fall colors were stunning. Plenty of wineries to enjoy and good restaurants In Penn Yan and Skanelateles.

Super host! Chris is very welcoming and helpful in every way. The home is very clean, updated and well equipped with everything you would need to have an enjoyable stay. Great location with two restaurants within walking distance for just about everyone. Great views of Seneca lake with a nice dock for your boat. Hope to definitely stay again!

The house, the property, the lake- did not disappoint! My family spent a week and everything is as it says it is! The owner- Chris was very accommodating and provided tons of amenities for the house! We had a few minor hiccups during our stay but Chris handled everything very promptly and efficiently to resolve any issue! Between texts and phone calls she was on top of it and we really appreciated that! My wife unfortunately broke her leg during our trip and Chris was able to provide a ramp for us to use to get in/out of the home- immediately! She really cares about the people who are renting her home. We were within walking distance to 2 restaurants and could hear the live music at night while enjoying the fire. Didn't get much better than that!
