Nestled in Wellfleet, this lovely house for $311 per night is a fantastic option for your next break. Cape Contemporary, surrounded by woods, recently remodeled with many windows added and 3 sliding doors that exit to a new large deck. The house is in a quiet wooded area off Cahoon Hollow Road, minutes to Well fleet Center and restaurants, walk to Dyer and Long Ponds through wooded path in National Seashore. The house is conveniently set up for 9 people with 4 bedrooms. There is a first floor bedroom with a king, large dining area and brand new family/living room. The second floor has 2 bedrooms, a loft area and full bath. The master bedroom has 1 king size bed, the second bedroom is smaller and has 2 extra long twins (sheets are available for use). There is a finished bedroom in the walk out basement area, with an en-suite bathroom. There is cable TV and high speed internet, outdoor shower, all new appliances, complete kitchen with many cooking tools, large ceiling fan in living room, fans for all bedrooms, washer/dryer, Weber gas grill, lounge chairs, outdoor table/chairs/umbrella, 8 beach chairs, children's toys, flowers around house and on deck.

Wonderful Cape Cod house the end of a gravel road, very private with lots of scrub oak and pitch pine.The property is close to the national seashore with a single track trail,great for hiking and mountain biking. Visit some of the smaller kettle ponds on the trails. A big plus was having linens included in the rental.Nicely equipped kitchen and there are even some mountain bikes and helmets available.

This property was a great location for Oysterfest as we were able to walk into town to avoid the traffic. The house itself had a nice deck out back and a great big living room that was perfect for gathering after we got back.

My daughter, my dog, and I stayed at the VRBO home in Wellfleet. We loved the home with its many windows looking out on the trees, it spaciousness(open floor plan), the wine and chocolates left for us in the dining room, and the wonderful deck where we watched bird activity and just breathed in the fresh air and relaxed in the chairs.
All three is us enjoyed our 2 walks to Dyer Pond, of which we are particularly fond. We went to Great Island and Newcomb Hollow in Wellfleet, Fort Hill in Eastham, and the Dune Shack Trail in Provincetown. Each experience had interesting highlights and were memorable. After each busy day, we had our wonderful house to come home to, to make meals, listen to classical music, work on a crossword puzzle, and relax on the big couch!!

House was clean and comfortable with plenty of room for 7 of us. Private and peaceful setting, we loved hanging out on the back deck chatting. Had some great homey touches like hooks on the backs of doors and mirrors in bedrooms and soft blankets to use while curled up on the window seat.
A wonderful supply of outdoor equipment beach chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards, noodles and bikes. Luke really thought of everything and was such a pleasure to communicate with, it was an amazing weekend and hopefully we’ll be back for longer next time.

Wonderful spot!
This is a beautiful house, very comfortable, with a wonderful, open living room and great bedrooms. The deck off the back of the house is great too, tucked into the woods of Welfleet. We greatly appreciated all the bikes, chairs and beach gear in the shed, all in great condition! Everything was clean, the house was so easy to spend a week in with our family and a few friends who visited. Everyone loved it! Oh, and ping-pong in the basement was also a huge hit. Thanks so much!

Very comfortable and roomy home, located in a beautiful setting, away from congested areas, yet close to restaurants and beaches. We thoroughly enjoyed our reunion with old friends and laughed a lot!

Well kept home in terrific location
We had a terrific time with our toddler. The best part was the 15 min walk through the woods to Dyer Pond. Short drive with parking to Great Pond was also perfect for us. The house was nice with an open family room/living room/dining room with space for all our guests to relax.

Lovely home in quiet neighborhood.
We loved the house! Very spacious and lots of natural light. Loved spending the evenings on the large and comfortable deck. The big pots of geraniums added a nice touch and so did the many birds that came to the feeder. We were thrilled to be able to bring our elderly lab mix who thoroughly enjoyed her stay and the short walks around the neighborhood. The location is close to town and its amenities. Definitely would like to come back.

Secluded Yet Centrally-Located
The house is set back and private, nestled under beautiful pines in the forest; the many windows let in an abundance of light (great sunsets from the family room!). The interior is neat as a pin, well laid out, and very well supplied. While our party was small, the house clearly would work great for larger groups. Luke was super responsive and had a wealth of great suggestions for our stay. We really enjoyed hiking in the forest, thanks to his directions, rejuvenating stints on the nearby beaches, and our trek on the rail trail! The house is close to so many activities--a true gem! Thank you, Luke!

Wonderful Private Location
Great place for a real getaway. Very quiet and private in an unspoiled wooded area. Well-maintained and outfitted house with everything we needed for a relaxing, laid back and comfortable stay with our dog. Short drive to bay and ocean beaches (twice daily walks there) and many trails in the woods connecting beautiful kettle ponds. Very reasonably priced.

We stayed at Luke's house in Wellfleet for one week in September. It is a beautiful home with a huge deck, a sunny great room, and many bedrooms. Just a ten minute walk to Dyer Pond, and in a very quiet part of Wellfleet. It was perfect and we hate to leave.

Lovely home in wooded area close to Dyer Pond
The owner was very communicative about all the new protocols in place during the pandemic this year which reassured my family. The house was clean and comfortable and well situated to ponds and ocean beaches.

Comfortable and Beautiful Stay in Wellfleet
Luke’s home was comfortable, well-equipped, and situated on a quiet road tucked into the woods. Sitting on the deck watching the hummingbirds at their feeder was a highlight. Luke was a great host and even helped us after we left to recover my daughter’s beloved stuffed animals that she had hidden. I would definitely recommend a stay here.

Lovely secluded home
We stayed in Luke's home for a family vacation during the summer of 2020. A couple of friends came for a few days and the house accommodated us very easily. The home is just as pictured. It's well-appointed and quiet. Perfect for a fun-filled vacation. The location, wrap-around deck, and the fact it is dog friendly will bring us back. Thanks Luke!

Visit at the Cape
Hallo Luke, we stayed in your home to say goodbye to our mother who recently passed away. Our parents who used to have a house at the Cape just like yours stayed almost every summer at Wellfleet. We four children are spread all over the World and it was touching and wonderful to be back at Cape Cod. Therefore we had a very good time in your wonderful house.

Family week in Wellfleet
This home was a perfect place for our family consisting of 5 adults and 2 children to spend a week. There are bedrooms and bathrooms on 3 levels affording room for all plus beautiful common space including lovely deck where we enjoyed meals and relaxing time together. The location was ideal, in walking distance to a trail to kettle ponds and short bike or drive to ocean beaches and Wellfleet center. Luke, the owner was very easy to communicate with and responded to any questions quickly. I would highly recommend this property for other travelers.
