The property was clean large enough for family or friends. Located close to Deer Creek golf course. 10 minute ride from the beach.

The place on the outside looks run down but the inside is nicer than expected. There have been updates made to the inside. Everything worked well and I had a great experience besides the bugs. There were ants in the upstairs bathroom sink area and I found fleas across the apartment (which the landlord said were just ants…). Nevertheless, they sent out an exterminator quickly and resolved the issue. The landlords are extremely attentive and responsive and live close to the property which is nice.

Excellent location for my most recent assignment and spacious enough to accommodate me in a working environment. Rear sliding door needs attention. Beds are not that comfortable. Bring your own towels.
