The staff were incredibly accommodating. Any request I had (microwave for takeaway food, warmer water, beach towel) they made it all happen with a smile. The room was also comfortable with great a/c.
Had someone knocking on the door at 7am one night which was a bit scary but other than that, nothing!

The location was great - very handy for both the old and new towns, and for a couple of beaches. The air-conditioning in the rooms was very welcome, and having the little balcony (albeit was always in shade) was a pleasant addition.
The housekeeping was advertised as every second day, and I only got it once during a 5 night stay. I also had to ask for toilet paper. The breakfast was 07:30-09:00, which seemed quite an early finish for a holiday location, so I didn't make it there one morning!!

This is a budget hotel in a great location - a short walk from the old town and bus station, a supermarket around the corner, very near to great restaurants, cafes and bars, and an easy walk to the beach.
The staff were friendly and helpful and it was clean.
It isn't luxurious, but it has all you need.
I stayed twice for 2/3 nights. Both rooms had a balcony, which was nice - but the chairs were broken and unusable.

We stayed here last year and it was fine. This year it was very worn. Not value anymore. Bed was comfortable and clean. Next year we will stay somewhere else.
Place is not worn. Breakfast was very poor - never seen such unpleasant looking fried eggs that looked like they were sitting there hours. Manager in the morning was so rude and unpleasant. We won't be back!
