This is a large apartment with spacious rooms and comfortable double beds. In front of the building there is a tram (44) that comes every 5-7 minutes and takes you to the city center in 10 minutes. Tram number 2 (5 minute walk) is nearby and goes to the central street. The apartment is very clean, the kitchen is equipped with everything necessary. Two bathrooms. Restoran , cafe shops - everything around. The parking lot is across the street from the building and suitable for large cars. This is an apartment for every recommendation and it is very rare to find a place like it. The ratio of price to quality, great!

Ability to cook meals like at home
There was no provision for a box room to take care of early check-in and late check-out since neither the host nor the guest is in control of flight arrival and departure times. A holder should be provided for the access control token for the lift.

The place is specious and decorated beautifully, located at the 3rd floor with a great size elevator.
The parking spot is not convenient! located across the road without any pictures or instructions how to properly find it. you need to open/close the gate manually by getting out of the car no matter what the weather is.
Location is 8 min walk to the nearest train station and than another 20-30 minutes ride to center of the city, we were at the city only for a day and did this which was a hazard. would choose a closer place if you are visiting Vienna only.
Although the apartment was great it is extremely overpriced for its value- plus they demanded we pay the city fee to them by cash although booking wrote it is included in the overall price- until now, not booking nor the host gave me my money back for the double charging.
