The location and size of the apartment was great. Easy walking distance to the many highlights of Budapest and public transport across from the apartment. Great balcony.
Two things I wanted was parking and a washing machine. Despite indicating there is a ‘parking garage’ when I arrived I discovered all available parking spaces for the apartments were taken and i had to pay to park in the street for some of my stay. This issue has been highlighted by previous guests and yet no action has been taken by Booking.com to have the owner tell the truth about parking.
Washing machine - one is provided by the owner but on arrival the clothes airer had all of the previous guests sheets and towels drying with a note indicating that touching the sheets or towels would incur a 20 euro fine. (See attached photo). I have travelled extensively and never come across such a situation. Other notes in the apartment indicate fines apply for other various ‘crimes’ that may be committed by guests.
Note - the location is on a very busy street so be aware of noise.

The flat is central and spacious with everything one needs ie washing machine and dish washer.
I missed a freezer part in the fridge as I could not make ice the 6 days we were there.
The flat is on a very busy road and can be noisy at night as the Tram and busses stop and pass by until early morning

The appartment have good location, not too far frome Pest when the oldes bridge works, fowever by bus you have 3 stations to the other side of the river. There are two great beds where can sleep 2 persons per bed and fell comfortable. There is enough space in the appartment, kitchen, toilet and wc separated... the Check-In instructions were good.
The appartment isn't too clean, it looks like no one cleaned it for a couple of days/weeks. The space on parking is limited and you may not have the space for your car. The view is on the street and you don't see Parlament like in the description. Also, the radiators make noise and you have to turne them off when you sleep if you want to avoid it. Also, there were clean towels which you can't tuch and the message was hiden it says to not tuch it unless you wanna pay 20eur more. You will get the answer from host only if you write on Booking.com.
