Walk to everything you need from this 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo with spectacular gulf views. Watching the sun rise from the balcony is unforgettable. The entire building has been remodeled including the Pool, fitness area, bar b-q area, with large TVs in pool area, and veranda. The fitness area has also been updated with several up to date machines and free weights available. The common areas are all in top notch condition. Inside the condo, the Master bedroom has a king size bed for a comfortable nights sleep, with a slider leading to the balcony with that great view. The second bedroom has a queen bed and a twin bed. There is also a new queen size air matress in the closet for additional sleep space plus the couch can sleep another guest if needed. The condo will sleep a family of 5-7 comfortably. Both bedrooms have televisions with a third in the living room. Internet and cable TV are also supplied. There is on site parking available for up to two vehicles per stay, the HOA charges $50.00 per stay for each vehicle. The beach in front of the condo is very well maintained and life guards are on duty all summer. You can walk to several great restaurants and shopping venues in a few minutes. If fishing is your thing the Cotton Bayou boat launch is just steps behind the condo. The Gulf State park walking trails start a few steps behind our parking lot. A short drive will get you to the famous Florabama, the Hangout, the Wharf, Owa, an inside water park and an outside water park, Coastal restaurant and shopping center. The Gulf Shores state park and fishing pier. There is a Walmart, Publix grocery store, several souvenir shops and mini golf courses, fun arcade stores for the kids and too many restaurants to name. We are located six hours from Atlanta, 2.5 hours from New Orleans, 3 hours from Montgomery, and 4+ hours from Birmingham. The beach access is just steps away across the street with a traffic light next to the building. This area has great beaches, dining, nightlife, and fishing. The Amphitheater, with top name acts, is just a few minutes away. Coastal recently opened and has a delicious variety of meals and the atmosphere is beach all the way. Inside or out steps from the sand. The travel baseball world series is held at the sportsplex just a short 3 miles away. There are numerous festivals throughout the year with live music and great food. There are many boutiques and specialty stores all around town as well as a large outlet store in Foley. We are very close to the Orange Beach baseball fields, the Wharf. There is so much to do here, and many memories to create, what are you waiting for?
