All bedrooms have flat screen TVs, Dreamfoam mattresses, and blackout shades. The covered front porch invites you in to the striking gourmet kitchen with breakfast bar, Sub Zero Refrigerator, an open dining area which seats eight, and a living room with fireplace that is a great gathering area for family and friends. The bedroom on the first floor is ideal for guests where stairs can be difficult. On the second floor the separate master suite has a striking bath with double sinks, Toto Toilet, tub and shower. The remaining two bedrooms share a lovely bath with tub/shower. The private 1.5 acre grounds has front and back decks, Bocce Court, heated swimming pool, and as Outdoor Fire Pit with 80" TV, rocker swings and seating for Everyone! We had such a great time and can’t wait to go back! Perfect location! Close proximity to anything you want to do. The house is kept so nice and clean and has everything you would need and more. Plus it is set up for making fun memories! The host is super friendly and easy to communicate with if needed. Definitely one of our favorite stays ever. We are already planning our next visit!

Great location and property to put a coda on the summer. My family of four (two kids 4 & 1) stayed for 2.5 weeks at the end of August. We had an amazing time and the host could not have been more attentive and available during our stay. From the moment we checked, he made a point of connecting with us and asking how things were going. Any small questions/issues were promptly dealt with and he also helped to provide some recommendations for us during our stay. As far as the house, pictures were extremely accurate and the connectedness of the technology in the house made it easy for us to enjoy our stay, both inside and outside. The pool was great and the firepit/outdoor TV was the icing on the cake for our kids. We spent as many nights as possible making smores and watching movies. Overall, we would love to stay again and would highly recommend this house for other families/those wanting to escape the city. 10/10 with a great host!

Did a 15 day stay in this little piece of paradise. The house was incredible. The fire pit with outdoor TV felt like something out of a fairy tale. The host was very responsive and attentive. Highly recommend this property. We will definitely be back!

What an amazing stay we had at Chris' home in East Hampton. We spent a good portion of our days by the pool and played lots of Bocce in the evenings! The home and property is amazing and apart from the occasional wild turkeys that walked through, you have complete privacy. Chris was an incredible host and was so responsive to our questions (and there were a few...thank you Chris!). We would love to come back again!

We really enjoyed our time at Casa Jett. The home was very clean and there was ample room for everyone. The children loved the pool. The location was very close and convenient to East Hampton shopping and restaurants and a short drive to Sag Harbor. Christopher was very responsive and all in all a wonderful visit.

We had an absolute blast at this house. It was exactly as advertised and better in virtually every facet in-person. The entire outdoor area is magnificent, the heated bathroom floors are a huge plus, and the Sonos sound system is perfect for the house. Chris was a consummate host, extremely responsive and proactive in helping us during the few times we reached out throughout our stay. I would recommend this house to anyone - any age range (we brought out 3 yr and 1 yr old children - the house is safely designed and inherently babyproofed) - and perhaps the best part was the location. The house is 10 minutes tops from everything and 5 mins from town which has all supplies/food/drink options needed. Thanks for having us!

The property is in a perfect location. Minutes to town for errands, shopping, restaurants or workouts. House, pool and yard just as pictured. The host is responsive and the setup is straightforward with no wasted time spent trying to figure things out. Highly recommend staying at this amazing property.

Chris was a wonderful host and very responsive when needed. We had easy access to the house and were left detailed instructions. This house is very private and literally has everything! We had a girls getaway weekend in the Hamptons and we took full advantage of all this house had to offer. The fire pit is so relaxing and having the outdoor speakers there and on the deck were great. Even though it was only mid-May, we were able to sneak in a pool day. The bedrooms and bathrooms are spacious and there were plenty of towels for both the shower and the pool. We used the kitchen quite often and everything we needed to cook was available. Thank you for a wonderful weekend! We will definitely look to make this a yearly event here.

The house is beautiful and has everything you want and more. I stayed for a long weekend and it was just what the doctor ordered. I brought a box of duraflame logs and there is nothing more relaxing than sitting by a fire with a good book. The location is excellent as well. I'd definitely go back.

My family and I stayed at Cassa Jett for 2 weeks in July and had a wonderful time. We also welcomed some friends and family during our stay. Pros: 1. Chris was a great host and was always available. 2. Great location. EastH, SagH, BridgeH, and Montauk were easy morning or afternoon trips. Easy access to backroads avoided the traffic. 12min bike ride to EH Town Beach. 3. Tech setup was awesome. TV's, sound system, and strong wifi (I did work sitting next to the pool) 4. Nice layout. The house felt bigger than it was. And the outdoor space spread people out. Cons: 1. Could use more utensils and dishes. There was enough for 12 people, but would need to wash if we had lunch & dinner in the same day. 2. Tech - I'm tech savvy, but still had to spend a bit of time figuring out the setup for the TV...lots of choices. No doubt we would rent this place again should we come back to EH. Thank you Chris for an enjoyable stay!

Rented the home for the month of July with my family. It's a super private home with a wonderful backyard for the kiddos. We particularly appreciated the fenced off pool, tons of grass to run around in, and the fire pit! We enjoyed several nights grilling on the back porch, making s'mores, and splashing in the pool. The home is in a great location - just 5 minutes to East Hampton and 10 minutes to Sag by car. Chris is very responsive! Overall, a great stay!

The home has three nice size bedrooms each with a bath and the master suite has a soaking tub and double sinks. The living space is an open concept with lots of room for a big family and the kitchen is well equipped. All the electronics are up to date including Sonus. The outside area is great. The pool has lots of chaise lounges, towels, and pool toys and has all day sun. The yard provides a large play space. The fire pit area was a highlight for us. Sitting on the swings in front of the fire watching movies on the large screen TV was special. We used the bocce ball court as well. The home is minutes to the main beach and beach chairs, an umbrella, and coolers were available at the house. The home is close to East Hampton shopping, Sag Harbor,and Amagansett. The drive to Montauk is pretty easy. The owner was responsive and easy to work with. The property is well managed.
