Perfect Vacation Location ! 2 bedroom 2 bath Inter coastal Waterfront suite with pool. Walk to beach and restaurants2 bedroom 2 full baths. This condo is right across from the beach access, located in the beautiful Indian Shores area on the Inter-coastal Waterway! Welcome to the beautiful sandy beaches of the Gulf of Mexico! This unit has been updated with a beautiful kitchen featuring wood cabinets and granite counter tops. Excellent floor plan lends itself to entertaining with the huge breakfast bar/island and two sliders opening to the large balcony to enjoy sunsets and the beach air! Grounds have a private pool, small pool side charcoal grill, tables & chairs and restroom. Come and enjoy this little slice of paradise.

We loved the location and the apartment. Everything was perfect. The apartment was comfortable and nicely furnished. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, silverware, pots and pans. The beautiful beach was just a few steps away. We recommend this place and will return for our next vacation.

Rental was conveniently located and we always love this area of Florida. Note: The rental is up a flight of stairs so be aware if you have someone with mobility issues. We had an issue with being locked out on the key pad to enter the rental midway through our stay for some reason. Bruce was very responsive and had the issue fixed very quickly. Thanks for a great stay.

Located right next to the intercoastal and 3 buildings away from beach access to the gulf. Covered parking and spacious. Had a pool (although water temps were pretty warm because of the weather. Conveniently located midway between St. Pete and Clearwater. Very family oriented area away from the hustle and bustle of party life. Beach was much cleaner and easier to access than that of Clearwater. Property supplied wagon, beach chairs and some sand toys for kids. Management Quick to answer via VRBO app.
If you have issues with stairs, this is not going to work for you as you have to go up two flights of stairs for entry to the 1st floor condo.
Day 1 was quiet, However Day 3 had a family staying in the condo above and you could here every pounding footstep they made all day and night when they were inside.
Recommendations:
*Keyless entry directions need to be clearer on use. A little tricky at first to get the numbers to appear.
*Counter tops full of sand on arrival.
*Only (3) supplied beach towels for (4) guests
*Only (4) supplied Bath towels. Required us to share a wet towel as we had (2) females.
*Bedroom lights should be on a switch no just lamps
*Supply a guest book indicating Restaurants, shopping, Perhaps happy hour ideas, or coupons for everything in the area.
*Supply a reusable cooler as well for the pool or beach.

it was good over all. need new mattress in twin room so old they make noise any movement sleeping on them. we understand about mangrove trees because of storms. your website said you can see coastal waterway and boats that is so not true very disappointed in this. lots of noise in stairway even though you have signs up.

This is a great location in Indian Shores! It is a short walk to the beach, within walking distance of a few restaurants or just a short drive to many options. A nice size for up to your family of 5, with a nice open floor plan in the kitchen/living room. Spent many mornings walking on the beach, and then relaxing on the deck. Don’t overlook this one!

We really enjoyed the condo, pool, and proximity to the beach, ice cream shop, and a few stores. Check in was easy and communication was great. The property was ok and had everything we needed to relax. Overall it was in need of some updates, a few minor fixes, and maybe a little extra scrubbing. Nearly every chair at the pool is broken, but I assume this is an HOA issue and do not hold it against anyone. However, the condo was acceptable for the price range and dates we needed. We would stay here again.

Nice little 2 bedroom with lots of living space. Close to beach across the street. Walked it in 5min. Johns pass is 6 miles north and a great place to shop and many good food choices. 20 min to about anywhere you want to go to eat or shop. We had a water issue and it was quickly addressed by the carters. Would love to stay here in the future.

Upon arriving, the outdoor smell was like sewer. Walking inside the unit, the smell of mold/mildew was strong. Shower curtain was old and dirty, and the bedsheets had a dirty grimy feel to them. We stayed there only to sleep then had to contact property manager for a cancellation of the reminder of our stay. I would not recommend, and u would not return to this property. Better luck to future guests if renovated.

We had a very pleasant stay. Loved that the place was just a short walk from the beach (tip: go right when leaving the property (northbound) and cross at the crosswalk for the easiest access).

Some tiles were missing in the master bathroom--just hanging--affix them properly and it would look much better!
Living room was spacious; liked having 4 bar stools as well as 4 table chairs.
Couch(es) should be sofa-beds to allow more people.
TV should be able to accommodate our Amazon or Netflix or Disney + accounts, but we were unable to watch any of our own streaming services.
Seating was not conducive to TV viewing... not that we wanted to watch a lot of TV, but still.
I appreciate not needing to bring our own beach chairs, but that wasn't made clear in the listing so we brought our own anyway. Same with beach towels. Maybe provide more and include in listing.
One of our bikes was stolen from the parking area!! I assume this is a relatively safe and secure place, but that was extremely disappointing.

The pictures online were immaculate compared to the actual unit. There was blood in the shower that was left behind. The twin beds were tiny and like sleeping on the floor, no cable in the second bedroom, only a DVD player with an 8 inch tv. Both showers were dirty!!! Only 1 parking spot available.. it may of stated it somewhere but oh well. All in all I would strongly advise going to Indian shores for a few months or so due to the red tide remnants. Dead fish everywhere, a constant throat tickle/ cough. It was a bad experience on top of everything else. The bathroom by the pool was disgusting, however the groundsman wearing the knee brace was a very nice and helpful individual. Overall I think they should take more realistic photos of the place and update the listing. Only pros: The master bed was comfortable, the beach cart and chairs would’ve been nice had the beach been enjoyable, the a/c worked. Would not stay here again!

The size and location of the place was perfect. A very short and easy walk to the beach which wasn't very crowded even for Memorial Day weekend. A bunch of great places within walking distance. Parking and hose for rinsing was great as well. We enjoyed our stay.

We had the best time on our beach vacation!!! Indian Shores was amazing ... the property was perfect for our stay. We had a hard time finding it - but once we found it we loved it. We will be back. Walked across the street to the beach - walked to beach shop / icecream / restaurants... very chill atmosphere. Loved It all...the pool on property was a nice break from the beach. Enjoyed it all!!!

Indian Shores Vacation
We had the best time on our beach vacation!!! Indian Shores was amazing ... the property was perfect for our stay. We had a hard time finding it - but once we found it we loved it. We will be back. Double booked and we had to stay in hotels the entire time
This was my first family vacation. Packed up all the kids and flew to Florida. I had booked this trip 7 month prior to going. When we pulled up there was someone parked in our spot. We went to the room. The door password worked and we were able to enter, but another family was already staying there. I called Bruce and he did answer right away and tried to resolve it. He had texted offering me a credit for a future stay. I didn’t not receive that. Vrbo customer service booked us for hotels the rest of the stay since everyone is now back to traveling so everything was booked. But hotels were even At double the rate. Great trip other then your worst nigtmare is getting somewhere with no where to stay and spending your trip on hold with customer service trying to figure it out

Irresponsable
They cancelled our stay the moment we got there without even letting us know at least the day before. We had to rush and find another place to stay. They didn’t even help and try to look for another stay for us.

Coronacation 2020
Me and my family really enjoyed our stay at the InterCoastal,
the place is very spacious and clean. It is on the inter coastal water way but there is no dock or access to the water way. There is a small opening in the mangroves behind the pool but when our son went out there to explore the access he found himself in knee deep mud. Before coming down I emailed the link in the site and asked if it was okay to bring our boat and got a response back "yes bring it and enjoy", Mistake! there is no where to park your trailer or boat and there is no access to the inter coastal like the picture lead on to be. Other than that the place was great.

Location, location
Our family loved being a short walking distance to Indian Shores beach and several restaurants. It was an easy drive to Clearwater and Treasure Island and their amazing beaches. We had everything we needed for a short weekend stay.

Sunsets
Everything we needed was there, mattress very comfortable.
Bruce,Carlos, Joseph were all perfect ,if we needed answers or help with the Wfi they were in a short time. What needs to change is a update on the Web page and the. bathrooms need a upgrade.
The Trolley service is excellent to use ., and of course the sunsets have to be seen.
