Located in Hermitage, this lovely house for $179 per night is a great option for your next trip. Spacious, quiet, safe Townhouse located on The Nashboro Golf Course. Stunning View of Hole #2 along with Pool and access. Pool is open mid May until late September. Guests will have the entire house to themselves. There are 2 very comfortable Queen size bed upstairs and a cozy couch downstairs. There is also a twin air mattress with a built in pump that inflates in 1 minute. Sleeps 5 total. Close proximity to: Nashville International Airport, Opryland Hotel / Opry Mills Mall, Grand Ole Opry, and 20 mins to Downtown/Music Row. This location can accommodate business travelers as well as couples or individuals looking for a home away from home while in Nashville! 1 mile from Kroger, Starbucks, and restaurants. 10 minutes to Percy Priest Lake. 10 mins to the Airport. 20-23 mins to downtown Nashville and Music Row. Some of my favorites restaurants are: Sinema, ACME, Husk, Rolf and Daughters, Five Points Pizza, Hattie B's Chicken, Valentino's, 5th and Taylor, The Yellow Porch, and The Pharmacy. I suggest using Lyft or Uber because of the parking downtown. 35 minutes to beautiful, historic Franklin, TN. GUESTS ACCESS: Guests have access to the pool, which is open from May 1st - late September. The pool is a 4 minute walk from the home. Interaction with guests I am available if guests need any sort of help or assistance. Other things to note 24 hour video surveillance outside for guests’ security. Amazon Echo is downstairs. All 3 TV's have cable.

The host was very accommodating when we had an unexpected hiccup with our stay. He was very easy to communicate with. We had a wonderful stay in a nice neighborhood. The host provided coffee, condiments, bathroom supplies, spices, a well stocked kitchen, and a good tv package. We would be happy to stay here again.

Very nice. Quite location. Felt safe. Grocery store right down the road and Uber to Nashville very easy. The only complaint we had was the furniture inside and out was a bit uncomfortable and although we were gone a lot the down time we had would have been more enjoyable had things been more comfortable. But just perfect for two couples!

This was a GREAT place to stay. On a golf course - with a pool!! And, close to downtown. Zac was amazing to work with - great communication from the time we booked to the time we checked out. Already planning our next trip!

Really enjoyed our stay here. Everything in good shape and the place was clean. Nice location on the golf course far enough from the commotion of downtown as we were looking for a place on the quieter side. Easy drive or Uber ride to downtown. Our original plan included a previous scheduled stay that we added on to both before and after that required us to move. Wish we would have found this place earlier as we would have scheduled our entire stay here. Definitely would stay here again.

Condo is clean. Kitchen is stocked with plenty of essentials and more. Zac was friendly and responded quickly to any concerns or questions. Close to Airport, groceries, restaurants, Walgreens and downtown. No issues navigating with our rental car. We had a wonderful trip.

Great location to access downtown Nashville, Opryland and Franklin areas. Condo layout works well for us with each bedroom upstairs having it's own full bathroom attached. Parking space was always available right outside the unit and the area was quiet. Enjoyed our stay and would go back again.

This is our third stay in this property. Unit is clean and comfortable. Area is convenient and quiet. Host is gracious and accommodating. Enjoyed sitting on the patio overlooking the golf course. Very relaxing.

The experience with this rental was smooth from start to finish. Communication with Zac was great -- he provided all of the important information very clearly and was easy to get in touch with along the way. He even went above and beyond by mailing us something we left in the house! This townhome is located in a huge and very walkable neighborhood. It's within a mile of a grocery store, coffee shop, etc. but it also feels far from noise. As soon as we opened the door we could tell that we'd have a good experience inside too. Everything smelled and looked so fresh and clean. The owner provided of extra towels, blankets, dishes, etc. but not so much that it felt cluttered or like we didn't have space for our own items. Furniture was comfortable and the layout was perfect. We would stay here again!

Owner to property was quick to respond and reach out and answer any questions. Home was clean and quiet. Very spacious and comfortable. Would definitely recommend this property to others. Right by airport and @20 minutes from Broadway and other sites to visit.
