Nestled in Gearhart, this charming house for $325 per night is a great option for your next vacation. WINTER 2021 REMODEL! 2022 NEW BEDS! We are excited to share our new, modern space with you - updated throughout. Both bathrooms are completely remodeled with new walk in shower, tile, and walnut vanities. New counter tops, carpet, appliances and gas fireplace. The house and yard are looking spectacular. We take great pride in our house and continue to add more for your enjoyment. Come escape to this comfortable, one level, family friendly beach house getaway. The house is conveniently located 2 blocks from the beach trail head, Pacific Way bakery/market and Cafe, coffee, ice cream, wine, gift shops, and more. It is just as easy to golf, bike, play tennis or basketball, fish, clam dig, crab or take a leisure stroll in the cute, little sleepy town of Gearhart. The Gearhart retreat provides a comfortable great room set up with updated modern decor and furnishings. A fully stocked kitchen opens into dining area, living room, and family room. The large family room has a 50" flat screen TV with a Roku stick (YouTube TV provided), plenty of sitting space, and a wonderful area to relax together. The cozy, light filled living room has a new gas fireplace, additional TV with DVD player, and in house library which makes for a wonderful, restful area. The three bedrooms are arranged with king, full, and two twin beds. Enjoy the master bedroom with an ensuite bathroom and true walk in shower. The extra large, professionally landscaped back yard is very versatile. The unfenced, grassy yard is great for yard games. Relax in the comfort of adirondack chairs, grill up a meal (picnic table provided), or sit around the fire pit. The two car garage is useful for storing bikes and other gear. There is plenty of room to park three cars in the driveway. Pets are considered on a case to case basis. Please let the owner know prior to staying for approval. If approved, pets may not be left unattended in the house (crate / kennels are okay). There is an additional pet fee. Maximum nightly occupancy is six guests and up to three children two and under (older children are included in max occupancy of six). No tents allowed in back yard. All cars must be parked in driveway or garage. No events nor parties allowed. Noise must be kept to a minimum respecting neighbors. No smoking. Gearhart is a charming, small beach town located on the north Oregon coast. In town there is the Pacific Way Bakery and Cafe, McMenamins, espresso, ice cream, wine, candy, and gift shops. Nearby are the historic town of Astoria, fun towns of Seaside and Cannon Beach, and quiet town of Manzanita. Come enjoy this truly relaxing house in the peaceful town of Gearhart. A perfect get away to explore the local landmarks of the north Oregon coast and relax with friends, family, or even on your own in the comfort of the house. We look forward to sharing our space with you and your loved ones. Safety is our first priority during the pandemic. We are allowing our housekeeper extra time to ensure that all linens are laundered in hot water and all frequently contacted surfaces are disinfected. We truly enjoyed this place. It's spacious, beautifully and thoughtfully furnished, and the location is ideal. The host went out of her way to make our stay comfortable, even warming the house before we arrived. My family and I hope to return in 2024.

We very much enjoyed our stay at this property. It was a 10-15 minute walk from the beach, through dune grass. Very pretty walk. Close to shops, as well. Good Times 🙃 is a nice new addition to the neighborhood. Owners communicated well and house had everything we needed. Thanks!

Nice, clean and recently renovated cute cottage in Gearhart, near some cute shops, a cafe and the Gearhart Golf Club and restaurant. Comfortable master king bed and large modern walk in shower was nice. We had a girls weekend for three 60+ aged gals and it was very comfortable for the three of us, plus a small dog. Appreciated the rambler one floor living. Saw a heard of elk at night walking around the neighborhood! About 20-25 minute drive to Cannon Beach where we hung out most of the time. Would not hesitate to stay here again. Thanks!

My family stayed at this house for two nights. It was a really welcoming house. It was very clean, very nicely decorated and had good appliances and comfortable beds. We have high standards when it comes to cleanliness and we found the house very clean and welcoming. The yard is very nice and warm too. We absolutely loved the house. The owner (Tara) sent a welcome email in the morning and was very prompt in responding to my questions. The house is close to the ocean and basic stores and cafe. We look forward to renting this place again when we visit Astoria / Gearhart in the future. Thanks, Tara!

Christmas at the beach!
The perfect property for our family (adults) and pets. Great space for movies when it rains (and rains), and even in snow. Home was clean and comfortable. We love the kitchen gas stove and the amount of cooking pans/utensils. Plenty of cards played at the table. An easy walk to the beach and neighborhood is very friendly. We enjoyed the coffee shop, By The Way. Hope to return when the weather is warmer!

Gearhart was a total surprise! We fell in love with this quaint little town. Only downside was the fact that some of the stores did not survive the pandemic and had closed down and are being sold. The rental was perfect for us and the beach was magical.
