Absolutely horrible told my fiancée that her and our service dogs where not aloud in her dining area

Nothing kitchen staff was atrocious.

Kitchen personnel ticked my fiance and our two service animals out of the hotel and left them to be stuck in the streets pretty much, Absolutely horrible told my fiancée that her and our service dogs where not aloud in her dining area and kicked her in our service dogs out before our checkout was even up.

The area was very nice, beautiful hotel, staff was awesome, but the room was very dirty.

The staff at the front desk was awesome.

The room we stayed in was not cleaned. The cleaning staff must be very lazy.

My stay was nice. It was quiet.

It was pet friendly and the full breakfast.

It was per friendly but no outside accommodations for the pet. I.e. pet bags or trash cans

Relax and Enjoy comfort of the Golden Isle

I chose this hotel because of the location to the beach and closeness to the restaurant and stores. I really wish the outdoor pool was heated. It really would've made swimming more enjoyable. The breakfast was great. The made more than enough. The hotel needs to hire more staff for housekeeping but with the limited staff , I still was able to get the towels, etc. that I needed.

I would enjoy a heated pool and more housekeeping staff. It really wasn't anything that I didn't like. One day, the room wasn't able to be cleaned because of limited staff but I understood that and I didn't complain.

Would not choose this hotel again.

There was candy on the floor beside our bed that had been left feom a prior guest. We couldn't use the dryer to dry some.clothes because it was being used by staff. Rooms were way too expensive considering we only stayed for about 4 hours. Employee couldn't give us any kind of discount AAA/AARP because we made the reservation on Booking Com.

Disorganized and unhelpful.

The overall property seemed to be in good shape.

Rooms not ready upon arrival after check in time. Lots of people waiting in lobby for their rooms to be ready. Also, was not provided with the rooms I PREPAID for through a third party app. Staff uncaring and unhelpful. Will not stay there again... ever.

Excellent room, staff and breakfast !

The breakfast was awesome and had something for everyone! There were even warm cinnamon rolls!!

The directions on the GPS brought me to the holiday inn, which is close

It was comfortable and I felt safe for my whole stay

the rooms were very nice and the beds were comfortable

the bathroom shower looks like it hadn’t been cleaned in the gaps as it looks like build up of grime and shower products. Im a little OCD about those things but the bathroom was overall clean besides that.

Everything was up to the Holiday Inn Express standards except for not fixing the hot water situation

The breakfast was good. The food was warm and fresh. The coffee was also fresh. The facilities were clean.

We had no hot water Fri. Reported it to the front desk, and they said they would look into it. Sat afternoon we had some warm water, but when we returned in the evening, no hot water again. Not able to take a shower.
