Nice stay!

Cleanliness and Huge space in the room. I felt safe too. Also, quiet. We extend one more day to stay here as we still need to get things done

They have very limited options in breakfast. Pleasr add some more

Cleanliness and Huge space! Well lit and I feel safe as a woman booking there.

They could add more in their breakfast options. Also, the road going there is confusing a bit. It led us to the Hyatt Place regular hotel.

Exceptional

Great location staying long until I get a apartment. So for me I am overpaying in general.

Laundry facility is a bit confusing, I have lost money several times.

Checking in was really terrible. Supervisor was not helpful and couldn’t take accountability.

Price is reasonable.

The whole experience while checking in was horrible!!!! The so called supervisor who is new there tried to charge me extra. He could not accept the fact that he did wrong and kept trying to tell me how I WAS WRONG. I proved to him multiple times that the money and incidental fee already came out. He kept saying no, I did not charge it. Then why would my bank say other wise? I come here all the time but this experience upset me extremely. He never apologized for anything instead told me I can’t buy anything from the pantry. I hope he isn’t a supervisor and I pray to not run into him again..IF I DECIDE TO COME BACK.

Air con too far loud

Good location for Grandscape events. Comfy bedding. Good breakfast.

The air conditioning was so loud it was impossible to sleep. Nobody slept.

A great place to stay while visiting relatives. Gives you a quiet getaway when it’s evening.

Breakfast was great. A big selection. I really like how clean and quiet it is. The motel is close to a busy Highway but you never hear it. We don’t hear doors banging in the am early or at night when people come in late. Love it❤️

Clean and relaxing, close to plenty of attractions.

Breakfast was awsome plenty to choose from.

Pancake machine kept having issues and staff didn't really know how to fix it.

Felt like a dangerous pest infested truck stop with beds for drunken truck drivers to stay.

I didn't eat the breakfast because another couple that lives in the hotel (3 weeks) stated the breakfast was disgusting and the people who cook it is nasty. They said they found pest in their food.

The hotel had roaches- There's a sewage smell in the hotel and in the rooms- There are people who LIVE in the hotel in an extended basis that get intoxicated daily and invite randoms (myself and husband) to their room to "Party".- The hotel location and view is poor. I felt very unclean and unsafe during my one night stay- The front desk staff were very nonchalant in the fact that I showed them a video of the roach crawling into our room and they stated the property gets sprayed twice a week (well the spray isn't working).I also felt like my vehicle wasn't safe

The rooms were very clean! Staff and housekeeping was great.

We booked this hotel because he wanted to be able to swim. I used the hot tub filter and was given this hotel as an option when we arrive to the hotel the heated pool was not in service so it was freezing and we were unable to swim also, there was mold in the bathroom.
