It was ok! I probably would stay again!

The was nice and 35 minutes away from where we needed to go! So it was convenient for us!

Breakfast need some work! Food was half cooked or burnt! I paid for a room with a spa bath in it and the bath was nasty! Soon I turnt on the jets stuff was flowing in the water! I couldn’t relax while I was away from home!

It was fine.

The breakfast was not available when we stayed. I had to leave at 6:30am and was told breakfast was open at 7am.

The TV was located between a lounge and beds. From both positions it is awkward to watch the TV. The toilet did not flush properly.

I thought it would have been better than this

The outside of the property was not clean. I selected to make the payment at the facility but when I asked to change the card, I was told it had already been charged. The hotel did not smell great; they attempted to mask the odor. The room door paint was chipped. There was a large hole in the wall at the entryway of the room. There were no face towels in the bathroom and the towels that were there were dingy and rough. There was an unlocked door on the side of the building, it did not shut on its own. Much of the property ascetic was displeasing.

Just wouldn’t book there again to overall bad stay.

It was in the location we needed it to be

The front staff seemed as if they didn’t wanna deal with anyone, check in was for 3pm didn’t get checked until 3:45pm. The room we stayed in was falling apart with mold and holes from the ceiling and bathroom. Husband woke up to a roach dead under him in the bed the front guy said well it’s Texas as if that’s really a reason to have a roach dead in the bed and it wasn’t something small was a big one. Plus having crickets in the room and bathroom terrified our young daughter. They never once offer to change our sheets even though we stayed a week there.

It was old and run down and my room had a odor. In need of some serious updates. The vanity was in the room part not the bathroom didn't understand why.

Steer clear from this hotel! Nasty in more than one way!

I had to take a cold shower, the water pressure sucked, the drains wouldn’t drain properly, there was a red substance splattered all over the bathroom wall/door frame, and to top it all off, when we came in after our evening out the night shift worker had the audacity to stop us in the hall to ask my boyfriend how much it would cost to be able to have sex with my friend. THEN after we got changed and went to grab a late night snack on our way out the door the same worker literally chased us out the front door to ask AGAIN if he could have sex with my friend and how much it would cost. The next morning when I stressed these things to the guy at the front desk I was told “sorry do you want a refreshment?” No I don’t want a bottle of freaking water and a granola bar for the poor hospitality and horrible facilities!

We had high hopes but we were very disappointed. Only things that would’ve made it worse would be if there were bugs or

Location was perfect and we did not see any critters anywhere, AC ran very well, normal noise level

Counters and table tops were not washed at all, minimal vacuuming (carpet too old also), shower not cleaned, breakfast ended way before 10am so we did not get any, couches and chairs very dirty

Lower level stay for the $$

No bedding for the third bed, requested bedding, never brought it to the room. Loud arguing outside in parking lot. Loud music next door after midnight! Breakfast was yuck, biscuits were hard, muffins dry and stale, not allot of choice, especially for diabetic or any other common ailments. Apple juice was syrup. Two fruit choices! Was not happy!

The location to my event.

The bathroom toilets backed up, the elevator broke, the spa water didn't heat up. Was charged before I arrived when I was booked to pay upon arrival. Was told that if they didn't charge me before arriving they could give my room to someone else. When asked about the toilet I was told "I can give you a plunger".

There were stains on the comforters we didn't even bother trying to get into the bed since the comforters were dirty or stained. And it smelled really bad there.

Nasty Property

This property was horrible

Horrible paint job elevator/ toilet were broken the floors were caving in the rooms were nasty. The customer service was bad. The breakfast was nasty. The photos do not match the condition this property is in.

It was not updated at all. floor was slanted as if it was unstable. Bathroom was not ideal at all. Indoor pool was cold. For 30 more dollars we could have stayed at a hotel close by, far more updated & nicer; so decent price wasn't even a good reason to stay there.

Location was ok , price for a short notice stay

Wasn't clean enough for me, bathtub wasn't clean good, breakfast was horrible, receptionist kept charging the wrong card after I use the correct one. Room over me people was very loud.

Poor customer service.

We showed up in the evening, checked in, and went up to our room. Our room had beds made but dirty towels, open soap packages, and trash laying around the bathroom. We went back down to the front desk and told them our room was dirty. We asked if there was another room available. We were told there was no other rooms. He then paused and said, well do you want me to do something?? He did not seam to care about the situation so I said please return my money and I will go somewhere else. He said he can't return my money and to call back on Monday. Not only did he charge me for that night, my card was charged for all the nights I was originally suppose to stay.

Superb

The first thing that I love was the swimming pool, perfect temperature the water. My room was very comfortable, the bed felt comfy. The location connects with restaurants, super markets, and the Granscape.

The lady who was at the reception is weird, she was talking about my room with somebody else by phone, then when I went to the parking and she was taking a photo of my car, scary!!.... the other 2 guys at the reception were awesome.

Overall I would definitely stay here again. That hot tub was everything!

Breakfast was good and a nice variety

The carpet at the entrance of the room was coming up and a trip hazard but I informed the manager at checkout and he was going to get it taken care of. We also had a big water bug in our room, but we are from Texas so we are used to them. We also booked online and course the last at the property option but when we got there to check in they had already charged my card. What's the point of giving us the option?
