Very beautiful location on the beach. Our room had a lovely view of the sea. Very green hotel with lots of flowers and trees.
The hotel manager Sharlene was so helpful she really went the extra mile to accommodate us - would recommend this place.

The food, staff and facilities were great.
There was a storm the night before and powerline connecting the hotel was disconnected. Knowing the power quality in Zanzibar, it was surprising seeing a hotel of this magnitude not having a back up generator.
We had a power outage for almost an entire day and had to use candles for light.

The best part about this resort was the head of GUest Relations, Julie, who went 200% out of her way to do anything she could to make my stay the best! She is a superstar!

we could check in early, the staff were helpful especially Tiger
We never have a good breakfast, there was never all the stuff available as per the menu, there was never butter we had dry toast
