Courtyard by Marriott Delray Beach

The property and room were very clean and well designed. The bathroom was big and the bed was comfortable. Great location, covered parking, beautiful pool, excellent staff (Thanks Ryan & Roger!), was able to get a reasonable late checkout for a late flight and offered to hold onto my luggage until my flight at 8pm. I did not end up leaving it, but knowing it was available was really helpful. I asked for a higher floor with a decent view if available, and was given 4th floor instead of 2nd which was beautiful and appreciated. Large shower with nice body wash (lavender & eucalyptus). Large, clean lobby, fast elevators. I pick Marriott over other hotels because they are consistent across their properties. Multiple staff were talking to each other when I had came up to the front desk twice, and they all stopped talking to help me when I came up. Many places keep talking to each other and ignore the customer, so I appreciated the hospitality.

Marriott Delray Beach needs better pool signage on the 4th floor, I was on the 4th floor in the other side and had to go to the front desk to find out the pool was on the other side. Parking is $30, too much. The pool was a bit dirty inside with sand. No breakfast offers. The bathroom had 2 overhead lights that were very bright which is good sometimes, but I wish there was a smaller light for night-time. No tub.

Love the large spacious room, beautiful ocean and greenery view, roof top pool, its vibe with a live performer, beautiful views, friendly staff. Great location, 10 min walk to the beach and the beach boardwalk, really nice walk to get to the beach, beautiful homes, scenery... friendly people. Walking distance to historic touristy area restaurants and bars. I personally love everything about this hotel and its location, it was a great choice for the girls weekend. Also appreciated provided parking at the building, shady spot and just a few feet away from the hotel entrance.

There wasn't anything I didnt like.

I loved the roof top pool! The hotel was in a good location far as walking distance to shops and restaurants.

Wish hotel was closer to the beach. 15 minute walk there.
