We're one of only a few private houses legally allowed to rent short stays under 30 days! PROPERTY & SAFETY RULES: - CHECK-IN = 4 p.m. and CHECK-OUT by 10 a.m. --our housekeeper has a SEVERE pet allergy so we cannot accept any animals. - - kids must be 6 & older AND ALSO must be able to swim well in order to stay in this property. Kids must be supervised at all times. No lifeguard on duty - swim at your own risk. No horseplay. No diving, jumping or flipping. SHALLOW WATER. Pool & common area hours: 10 a.m. to 9 p.m.. Strict neighborhood noise ordinance in place at night. Follow all posted pool area rules. Keep pool gate doors tightly closed. Kids must always be supervised by responsible Adult - Registered guests only. No visitor parking. 2 Parking spots per place - use parking permit hangtags. NO STREET PARKING. Absolutely no pets. No smoking or vaping inside and no smoking outside anywhere on our grounds. Drive slowly on our road. Low-key, quiet respectful vacationers only. Must be 25 years old or older or staying with parents to stay here. No parties, events, or noisy gatherings of any kind. - we use a professional pest control service. Florida is a tropical climate and it is possible to see bugs inside despite our best efforts. Our dining room has pretty French Doors overlooking our attractive private pool with dramatic multiple fountains (which can be turned on & off) and backyard with lots of tropical plantings.
