Situated in Ialysos, this lovely condo for $129 per night is a great option for your next break. Cosy, stylish, comfortable and luxurious studio. My place is of excellent quality and fully equipped just 2 min from the beach. The large 70m2 veranda offers breathtaking views of the Aegean Sea. A large table with chairs, cushioned sofas as well as a gas barbecue are available in order to enjoy a meal or a drink while admiring the full sea view, romantic sunsets and sunrises. On the first floor of Villa Rodia accessible by 18 marble steps. The property shares a large (1500m2) garden of citrus fruit, herbs, roses, boucanvileas and flowers along with a large pool with sunbeds and space to relax. There is plenty of parking space in the streets around the property. For stays longer than 7 nights, we offer a complimentary cleaning session along with fresh sheets and towels. We are located 2 min walk from the beach in a friendly neighbourhood with the locals sitting in the street and greeting passerbys, small taverns around the corner, grocery stores, bakery, cafeterias, play ground and the local bus stop within 7 min walk. Ialyssos is famous for watersports especially windsurfing. Ialyssos is one of the largest villages on the island of Rhodes, located on the island's north-western coast. Ialyssos was one of the first three ancient cities dating back to 3000BC. Here you will find one of the most important archaeological sites on the island on the hill of Filerimos. Here you will find the remains of the Acropolis of Ialyssos with the temple of Zeus and Athena, the remnants of the Byzantine fortifications, the 14th century church of the Knights of St. John and the 14 stops Jesus took to the road of Calvery, a path of Cypress trees with impressive shrines on both sides. 7 km from the airport, 7 km from Rhodes town, connected with local transportation.

Fantastic Holiday
We arrived late in the evening,and check in was easy.The key was in the stated location.This was our 3rd stay at Rodia Studio and we will definitely book again for next year.
The location is per
fect.Sea view,beach at a minutes walk.Lovely quiet neighbourhood,friendly locals,and lovely taverna/snack bar on the way to the beach.You can see it,but not hear it,from the balcony.All the restaurants,shops,and tavernas are an easy flat walk away.Katerina is a perfect host.Being an accredited tour guide,we booked her for a 4 hour West Coast tour.We took in Filerimos ,a winery with wine tasting,and lunch in a taverna in the inland village where Katerina was born,and has 2 other village properties to rent.Such a great day out,and I can highly recommend it .It was my Birthday while we were there,and she very kindly cooked us a meal,delivered it to us,and we ate on the balcony at sunset.Magical.Thankyou again Katerina,we will be back next year for sure x

Fantastic apartment
We had a fabulous stay in Katerina's apartment. Location perfect for a chilled holiday and within walking distance of bars and restaurants.
The sea view was perfect and the terrace was fabulous.
Katerina was very helpful and was at hand if we needed anything.

Modern, clean and comfortable accomodation, huge veranda, good location, perfect for a couple
We had a great stay at Villa Rodia. It's modern, spacious and well furnished with a firm but very comfortable bed. The air conditioning is great if you need it, but there are also plenty of mosquito-proof windows on all sides that allow you to catch a nice sea-breeze. The huge veranda is private and offers a good view out over to Ialysos beach some 150 metres away. We spent many an enjoyable afternoon and evening just sitting out on the veranda. The only possible negative is the cooking facilities, if you're looking to do your own hot meals then you'll find the mini-cooker is pretty basic, but TBH that didn't bother us at all as we mainly ate out anyway.
There are plenty of good restaurants, little shops and car hire places very close by, although the location is nonetheless relatively peaceful and not at all tacky. A five minute walk takes you to the main road to Rhodes town, where you can find a good-sized modern supermarket and bus stops.
Rhodes town itself takes only a few minutes by car, the airport is only about fifteen minutes way, and you're also well-placed to travel down the west coast road, or head across to the east coast and on to Lindos.
Katerina is extremely friendly, helpful and accommodating, her English is impeccable and she is a very interesting lady!
We'd have no hesitation in recommending Villa Rhodia and if we ever do go back to Rhodes then we'd certainly consider staying there once again. If you book, you won't regret it!

I arrived at Ariadne from a stay on Tilos and Katerinas son Lefteris was there to meet me and explain how everything worked.There are shutters and mosquito nets on all the windows and the patio door,if the windows are left open,there is a lovely breeze blows through.The wifi is great.The bathroom is lovely,fairly big shower cubicle and great shower.Never had a problem with water pressure or the hot water.The complimentary toiletries in the bathroom are amazing.So much so,that I went on line and have managed to find a supplier in Wales to order from.The bed is the comfiest I have ever slept in,including my own.The aircon works well,and is very quiet.There is a flat screen tv but can't comment on channels as I never switched it on.The little kitchen area has all you need for preparing light snacks and simple meals.There is even a sandwich toaster.
Now we get on to outside.WOW ! What can you say about the huge terrace.Most of my days were spent up there,the sea view is lovely.There is outside dining furniture and a BBQ .There are also cushions to place on the low wall seats,so you really don't have to go too far to lay down and start off your tan,but the beach is only about a 2 minute walk away.At the bottom of the street is a taverna,that also do take aways,so if you don't want to go out,and don't want to cook either,it's great to get a take away and sit on the balcony.
About a 10 minute walk away,left at the bottom of the street,you will find most of the bars and restaurants.There are just enough to be interesting and not too quiet,but not enough to make it a crazy party place.

Katrina is the perfect host full of informative information. The studio is the perfect place to relax you just want to spend time there as we did either eating breakfast, lunch even having a couple of barbecues in the evening. And what a bonus to hear katrina lightly playing the piano in the background .

The apartment exceeded expectations with stunning views across to the mountains of Turkey on a clear day. The apartment makes great use of the sea breeze and if you put the sun lounge cushions out you can laze all day on the balcony in comfort and relative privacy.
Very close to restaurants, cafes, supermarkets and most amenities. Easy access to bus stop on main route between airport/Kremasti and Rhodos Centre.

Beautiful!
I spent the last week of July 2014 in Villa Ariadni, one of the studios rented by the owner Katerina. I was alone and had a great time! Araidne is the perfect Greek experience. Sunlit, spacious, breezy, close to the Aegean and in walking distance to everything you could want or need during a holiday. It is restful and yet conveniently close to restaurants and cafes and holiday shops. The beach is a two minute walk and the water is crystal clear. You can take windsurfing lessons, or just stretch under an umbrella and enjoy the breeze and the view across the Aegean to the Turkish coast in Asia.
The studio comes with a magnificent terrace that affords complete privacy if you are feeling lazy one day.
The host, Katerina, is an accomplished tour guide and cook (and pianist...), so she can give you the all the special tips on where to go,where to eat, what to visit, and where to buy. She can organize cooking classes, private tours...well, you get the picture. Ah, and if you want to learn Greek or a bit of Greek culture, she is highly qualified. But, if your idea is a quiet, private vacation on your own, Ariadne is very worthy of consideration. Prices are very, very reasonable.

Wonderful modern accommodation close to beach
Welcomed by Katerina with a bottle of wine and a home cooked mousaka - delicious.
The studio Ariadne was spacious with full kitchen and excellent bathroom, including shower cubicle. About 300 ft sq. The pentagonal balcony was even bigger with views across the road to the sea.
Beach about 100m. Shingle, which was good because there was always a strong breeze, and sand would have been a bit of a problem.
Sunloungers E8 per set.
Do take up Katerina's restaurant suggestions. Those we used were all great.
Thank you for your hospitality, Katerina. I have no hesitation in recommending Villa Mylos.

Lovely Stay
We spent a week here and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. The Ariadne studio is modern and nicely furnished with a great sea view. Lalyssos is a great spot with lots of restaurants. The world cup was on so there was a real festive atmosphere. The host, Katerina, is a tour guide and her restaurant recommendations were excellent. She took us to an operatta in Rhodes old town which we enjoyed. Rhodes has a spectacular old town and Lindos is picture perfect, but try and avoid the tour buses.

Privat & Familjärt eget boende i Villa Mylos
I tre veckor hyrde vi ett boende en trappa upp, bestående av ett rymligt rum med AC, köksdel, toa&dusch och det lyxigaste av allt; en enorm terrass med havsutsikt. Terassen erbjuder både sol och skugga under hela dagen och ligger delvis skyddat från insyn.
Stranden, som i huvudsak består av små runda stenar, ligger mindre än 2 minuters promenad bort.
Vår hyresvärd Katarina är mycket vänlig och serviceinriktad. T ex stod det hemlagad moussaka, en flaska vin och efterrätt i kylen vid vår ankomst. Saknade man något när det gällde boendet var det bara att säga till så ordnade hon det. Hon erbjuder även sina gäster att plocka fikon och granatäpplen från fruktträden i trädgården, under säsong.
Katarina arbetar som professionell guide och kan därför ge många tips på utflyktsmål, restauranger, shopping, lokala arrangemang och annat, som gör att man kan hitta pärlor utanför de vanliga turiststråken. Hon talar utöver grekiska, även engelska och tyska.
Handlar mat gör man bäst och billigast hos Pappou, en stor livsmedelsaffär som har allt i matväg, ca 15-20 minuters promenad från Villa Mylos. Det finns också flera mindre "supermarket" alldeles i närheten, men de är mer av turistkaraktär och dyrare.
Ialyssos ligger på Rhodos västkust och här blåser det som regel mer än på östkusten, varför det finns gott om möjligheter till vindsurfing.
Från flygplatsen till Villa Mylos kostar en taxi ca 15 euro. Det går också bussar.
Från Villa Mylos till Rhodos stad tar det ca 15 min med den lokala bussen och busshållplatsen ligger nära boendet. Med taxi kostar det ca 15 euro.
Vi kan verkligen rekommendera vår lägenhet och den oerhört serviceinriktade värdinnan. Hon har minst 2 lgh till på Villa Mylos och kan hyra ut boende också i en bergsby!

Amazing find in Ialysos- Ariadni studio is a gem!
We stayed in the Ariadni Studio for a little over 2 weeks. Waking up with views of the beach was amazing. The studio was perfect for 2 people, and appeared exactly as pictured. The veranda is the icing on the cake! We spent every morning drinking our coffee while taking in the view, and many nights enjoying the breeze.
The studio is in a perfect location. Very close to the airport & Old Town, and a quick walk to the beach.
Katerina was a great hostess! She was available whenever you needed her and was very hospitable. You feel like you are at home in her company.
We look forward to our next visit to Rhodes & would definitely stay here again.

Best place for staying in Ialysos
We spent fantastic 2 weeks at Villa Mylos with my family and we definitely recommend this place for accommodation.
Athena Studio is comfortable, with all possible facilities and sea view terrace. It is very private and quite place for the rest.
It was the first Greece visit for my daughter (1.8 year) and I strongly recommend to choose Villa Mylos if you travel with children.
The main aim of our vacation was windsurfing lessons and we usually spent 3 min to get to windsurfing spot Procenter. There are a lot of shops, car rental, playgrounds near Villa.
We would like to say many thanks to Katerina, the owner of Villa Mylos. She is intelligent, polite person and we were really happy to meet with her. Definitely come back to Villa next summer!
I would recommend Villa Mylos as a best place for staying in Rhodes.

Great holiday!
Great holiday in Armonia studio!
This place is really unique. It faces the sea and from the terrasse one can see the beach day and night. It is close to all the commerce, restaurants, supermarkets and bus stops. At the same time ir is quiet and safe. It is situated exactly in between the Rhodes city and the airport, both are easily accessable by car or by bus.
Katerina is a great hostesse, she warmly welcomes you as if you were the family member and takes care of you during the whole stay. As soon as she is a tour guide and is very knowlegable about the history of the island one can always get plenty of information and interesting details about local life, history and traditions. Thanks to Katerina and her hospitality I had great vacations, saw a lot of beautiful corners of the island and did not feel lost during my first visit to Rhodes. Katerina can help you to rent a car, to find a good restaurant, to organise your excursions. Thank you a lot for these unforgettable vacations!

Best stay in Ialyssos close to Rhodes town
I stay in the Armonia apartment last week and I loved it. Perfect located in quiet and calm area, but only a short walk from excellent restaurants. The view from the terrace are breathtaking, you have the Mediterranean just in front of your eyes. The host Katerina is one of the best guides on Rhodes and she can give you recommendations of what to see and so on. I can highly recommend Villa Mylos in Ialyssos.

Athena Apartment Villa Mylos, Ialysos
Mitte September 2012 verbrachten wir eine wunderschöne Woche im Athena-Studio der Villa Mylos. Das Anwesen liegt ca. 100 m vom Strand entfernt und bietet einen freien, unverbaubaren Blick auf das blaue Meer. Der ansprechende Gebäudekomplex besteht aus einem umgestalteten und modern renovierten Turm mit angebauten Holzbalkonen und zwei angrenzenden Wohnhäusern mit insgesamt sechs Apartments. Wir waren sehr angetan von dem großzügig zugeschnittenen und geschmackvoll eingerichteten Studio, das von einem schönen Garten mit Granatäpfelbäumen, Rosen, Bougainvilla und Hibiskussträuchern umgeben ist. Eine Pergola spendet Schatten und lädt Kinder sowie Erwachsene zum Spielen und Verweilen ein. Katerina ist eine sehr freundliche und stets hilfsbereite Vermieterin die auch über ausgezeichnete Deutschkenntnisse verfügt. Sie gewährte uns hoch interessante Einblicke in die Geschichte der Insel und die heutige Lebensweise der Rhodier. Von ihr erhielten wir auch eine Vielzahl wertvoller Insidertips zu den Sehenswürdigkeiten in Rhodos-Stadt und der übrigen Insel. Insgesamt konnten wir uns kaum eine bessere Unterkunft vorstellen; wir haben vor, im nächsten Frühjahr wieder hier Urlaub zu machen.

Lovely cottage and very peaceful. We loved falling asleep to the sound of the ocean. The view was great. Owners were very cordial. Definitely recommend this cottage.
