The check in is automatic, very convenient, and there is a WhatsApp concierge in case you have any questions. There ara quite some stairs, I didn't have much luggage so it was fine for me.

Very central location, great for exploring the beautiful city & eating out etc.
You were not able to park a car anywhere close to the apartment. We were very nearly locked out one night because the outer gate was locked & the keys didn't work for the outer lock & WiFi signal poor in that area. There was a hole in the shower tray.

Excellent location.
The light in the bathroom was broken so they had plugged in a lamp on there! It was a large lamp that stood on the floor with the hot bulbs sticking out. Dangerous.

The location was perfect
The entrance to the building’s courtyard was via a gate opening on a corridor with dustbins and rubbish on the floor which gave us a really bad impression. Having reached the entrance to the place via a couple of stone staircases the access to our room was via a narrow stone spiral staircase going to the floor below that made it very difficult to take the suitcases down. My sister’s room (described as king deluxe) was anything like that, as small with the bathroom having a mirror that was positioned for a very very short person so could only see the bust.
