A great place to have rest and fully relax. Very friendly staff and atmosphere, delicious food and marvelous nature with beautiful lake Sevan at neighborhood! The heating pool is another great story!

Very nice stay, everything was clean and comfortable.
Personal spoke english, everyone and especially the receptionist Edgar was very helpful.

Good location, cute quiet place, okayish restaurant and pool.
The room wasn not thoroughly cleaned, there were spider webs and dust in the less accessible places. The doorlock battery was running low from the first day and I had to ask the receptionist to replace it. The room had a vibe like nobody checked it before our arrival, like it was standing still for a few months.
Electricity stopped working for like 1-2 hours.

The room and the hotel territory are really clean, beautiful. You can find places to sit on outside just to chill and relax with a book. The pool looks clean though we did not swim there
There was an issue with the heater - it wouldn’t work for some reason and the stuff found out about that when we complained that it’s too cold in the room. I wish they checked its functionality while preparing the room for the guests. The WiFi also did not work though we could connect to it - it just didn’t give any internet access at all. The breakfast is rather limited in options though it cost us 3000 AMD per person.
