В центре Еревана. В пешей доступности основные улицы, объекты, магазины. Чистый, хороший отель. Приветливый хозяин, встретил, всё объяснил. В номере было всё, что необходимо, плюс чайник и чашки. Полотенца и простыни чистые. Вай фай стабильный в комнате. Немного слышно улицу, но громкого шума нет. Есть общая кухня (плита, холодильник, микроволновка, чайник, др.). Общий туалет на этаж (3-4 номера). Туалет чистый, всё работает. В туалете жидкое мыло и шампунь. Отель находится на 6 этаже здания. Лифта нет. Рассчитывайте свои силы, если вы приехали с сумками. Таблички отеля тоже нет, т.к. отель находится в жилом здании.
Телевизора в номере нет (если он вам нужен).

The guesthouse is located in the city center, overlooking a quiet courtyard. If you have luggage, be prepared to climb several flights of stairs, but it's a good workout anyway. Payment was available only in cash, but luckily I had the exact amount. Everything you need is available: a kitchen, dishes, tea and coffee. The bathroom is spotlessly clean. Even though I booked a room with a double bed and ended up with a single bed and a smaller room, the mattress is very comfortable, and even the single bed is quite wide. Most importantly, the host is very warm and welcoming, available day and night, and is very helpful and friendly.

A wonderful guesthouse with a wonderful host!
Areg recommended many interesting places to me during our first meeting, which we subsequently enjoyed! The guesthouse was always kept clean and had a cozy atmosphere, and its location allowed me to walk to Republic Square in 12 minutes.
