Great location, big room, clean, excellent value for money. Short walk from the city centre. Breakfast was simple but ok.
No tv signal, but that was not a big issue, internet a bit slow but one again excellent value for money.

The location was great _ breakfast was very good and I found my stay at Shirak Hotel a pleasant experience
I believe that if the receptions try to speak English with standard accents near to American or even British accents, it can help us better understand. I did not understand what the reception said one time and I said I did not understand due to her accent but I felt that she took it personally and repeated the answer in a mean way.

A nice and comfortable, although a little worn-out hotel in a good location in Yerevan. Very friendly and helpful staff, reasonable breakfast, well functioning elevators. Clean room and a good bed. Good value for money.
Plugholes for electricity were partly in awkward places. For instance, one of the night lamps was not really usable since you could not plug it in. Staying alone, that was not really a issue for me, though. The only place for work was a small round table near the window but it was placed in an elevated area, creating a (once materialised) risk of falling over when leaving the table.

The hotel’s location is excellent, which was a big plus. A few minutes walk to Hrabarak and Prospect street. Many good restaurants around the area.
Besides the great location, the overall experience was below expectations and not good value for money.
On the first night, a staff member opened the room door unexpectedly, it was likely a mistake, but still concerning.
Breakfast options were quite limited. While the bread and coffee were good, overall hygiene could be improved, we noticed hair in the food. Despite prepaying for breakfast, we only attended a couple times due to the experience and unwelcoming staff interactions.
Room cleaning was also minimal, with bed sheets not being changed during the stay.
