It’s right next to the center. Still very good price and with affordable parking option. Room has A/C and is spacious. Former complaints from others about dark rooms and bad smell no longer relevant/current
Final renovation works pending for down stairs bathrooms and breakfast room (no breakfast available). But no big deal

Just cross the road and you are in the Old Town. Hotel was very cheap.
Hotel is being refurbished, hence the price. Entry to the room was by code. I had to use the torch on my mobile as the corridor lights were so poor. I hope the refurb includes aircon in the rooms, but I doubt it. The TV had about 3 working channels; none in English.
