Überhaupt nichts. Schönstes Personal das schlichtweg einfach Lügt im doppelt zu kassieren

Per Kreditkarte reserviert Personal hat keinerlei Ahnung davon oder stellt sich unwissend und dann verlangt man Barzahlung und dann on top meldet man an booking.com wir wären nicht erschienen und kassiert doppelt ab. Und wenn man da anruft wird man unfreundlich abgewiesen.

Preis-leistungsverhälnis nicht passend..für eine Nacht oder auch zwei aber okay

Die Lage in Bahnhofsnähe war gut und auch das Frühstücksbuffett war erstaunlich gut für 15 euro

Das Hotel war schon ziemlich alt und scheint an einigen Stellen renovierungsbedürftig zu sein.bei Ankunft war mein Zimmer noch nicht fertig aufgrund eines wäschereiproblems. Das kann ja mal vorkommen, aber es gab nicht mal die Möglichkeit einen Kaffee ☕️ zu bekommen in der Wartezeit in der Lobby.Als ich das Zimmer dann endlich nach ca einer Stunde beziehen konnte,war es zwar sauber,aber es stand noch eine angefangene halbleere Wasserflasche auf dem Schreibtisch ,zudem gab es nicht mal seife oder duschgel etc im Bad nurczshnbürste und rasierzeug,eobeibich rine Frau bin...schien alles im eiltempo hergerichtet gewesen zu sein..

Gutes Hotel zentral nah und zu Fuss Bhf innen Stadt gut zu erreichen 😄

Gutes Hotel zu nem fairen Preis 😄 Das Zimmer war gut geräumig für 3 Personen und das Personal sehr freundlich 😄 Zentral nah zum Bahnhof und innen Stadt zu Fuß 10 min. Meiner Familie hatts gefallen und kann es mit gutem Gewissen weiterempfehlen 😄

Für wenige Nächte eine günstige und zentral gelegene Übernachtungsmöglichkeit.

Der Rezeptionist war sehr freundlich. Die Lage im Hinterhof des Hauses war erstaunlich ruhig.

Die Helligkeit im Zimmer. Wenn man auf ein schwarzes Design setzt, wären hellere oder mehr Lampen wünschenswert.

It was a good experience.

Simply you get more than you give. The location was very close to the Christmas Market and restaurants. The room was large enough, the bed was of good quality. Because of the black room design (everything in the room was black and I mean pitch black) and black thick curtains you are able to have a good deep sleep. They refreshed towels and toiletries everyday. Miss Gizem Kumral at the reception was very kind and tried to help me on everything.

You need to get used to dark lighting design of the room, I couldn't even notice there was a mini refrigator at the room for the first few hours because I couldn't see it. Or if you drop something with dark color you need to use the light of your phone. It is not something bad, It is something you do not expect despite the warning on their page.

Cet hôtel ne restera pas dans nos souvenirs

Le petit déjeuner était correct et le personnel serviable

Nous étions en chambre 301. Une chambre toute noire avec très peu de lumière. Pas de lampe de chevet. La salle de bain était en mauvais état. Les parties communes étaient également en mauvais état.

nicht zu empfehlen

Das Hotel liegt zentral in der Nähe des Beethovenplatzes. Damit sind verschiedene Bus- und Straßenbahnlinien in unmittelbarer Nähe. Auch in die Bonner Altstadt kommt man sehr schnell.

Am Wichtigsten zu wissen ist, dass im Hotel auch ukrainische Flüchtlinge untergebracht sind - schade, dass diesbezüglich seitens des Hotels nie ein Hinweis kam. Aber spätestens bei Hotel sieht man die Zwei-Klassen-Gesellschaft für Flüchtlinge (im vorderen Speise-Bereich) und Hotelgäste (im hinteren Speise-Bereich und mit etwas mehr Essens- und Getränke-Auswahl). Die Ausstattung meines Zimmers entsprach bei Weitem nicht dem Standard. Einerseits wirkte es ziemlich abgewohnt, andererseits bot es auch wenig Komfort. Der Vorhang war zu klein für die Fensterfront und zudem halb aus der Leiste gerutscht. Als Ablage-Möglichkeit gab es nur 3 Tischchen, wobei man das größte aufgrund der darin verlaufenden Kabel nicht verschieben konnte. Beleuchtung des Zimmers war nur ein Licht im Eingangsbereich sowie über dem Bett, aber kein Nachttisch-Licht. Im Hotel roch es oft nach Essen. Aber lassen wir doch die Fotos sprechen... Bezeichnend, dass dem Hotelpersonal all das bekannt ist, sie aber nicht wirklich darauf eingehen. Aufgrund des Bahn-Streiks mußte ich eine Nacht länger in Bonn bleiben als geplant - habe aber das Hotel gewechselt!

Hotel des Schreckens

Die Lage

Weiß gar nicht wo ich anfangen soll. Es fing schon damit an, dass wir nicht das Zimmer bekommen haben welches wir besucht haben, wegen eines internen Fehlers im Hotel. Uns wurde auch kein anderes Zimmer gegeben und keine Entschädigungen angeboten. Das Zimmer war dreckig (Haare im Bad, staubig, Teppich versifft,..) und altmodisch eingerichtet. Überall hat es eckhaft gerochen. Der ganze Zustand vom Hotel ist eine Katastrophe. Das Frühstück war überschaubar und ungenießbar. Es war einfach furchtbar.

Für einen Kurzaufenthalt vollkommen ausreichend, aufgrund oben geschilderten Falls leider Service, meiner Meinung nach,

Gute Lage. Insgesamt netter Service/ Personal. Für eine Übernachtung völlig ok.

Aufgrund eines vergessenen Ladekabels Rezeption mehrfach kontaktiert, noch am Abreisetag telefonisch. Nach Möglichkeit gefragt, das Kabel innerhalb Deutschlands zu verschicken, Porto hätte ich natürlich vorab überwiesen. Leider auch eine Woche nach Aufenthalt keinerlei Reaktion, auch nicht mehr auf Nachfrage per Mail. Sehr schade.

Hatten ein schönes Wochenende in Bonn

Frühstück ok. Hätte mir aber frisches Obst gewünscht. Lage ok Aber von außen nicht als Hotel Belmont erkennbar.

Its average hotel but not satisfy

It was in city centre and also matching with my budget

I was staying 4 days and never changed the towels. Bath room smell bad. Shower was leaking water and is not hanging. Pillows are not comfortable.

Rooms with faulty air conditioning are the real hell

Location

Sleeping one night in a room with faulty air conditioning in summer is a difficult challenge to achieve. A double bed attached to the wall was another disappointment. My recommendation is to look for another option.

The location is good and the staff was helpful to their limits

The Air Conditioner wasn’t working. The paint on the wall wasn’t well done and there was no closet or a place to hang clothes. This hotel isn’t just ready for guest.

Staff was very kind

On what planet is it normal to host tourists and Ukrainian refugees in the same hotel, without even reserving dedicated floors or at least different corridors for each? This is really disrespectful to both. Lots of noise came from the corridor at all times, because the refugees (lots of children among them) obviously wanted to hang out together. Which is the least that they deserve. But at the same time it is not great, if you are a tourist and you just need a peaceful sleep to recharge your batteries. Sorry but wrong.

they let me out in the street more than 1 hour at night because no one was on the reception.. the hotel maybe was fancy 10 years ago.. but looks like no one take care of it.. terrible and unprofessional..
