Location was excellent, close to public transportation and emenities like different stores. Beethoven House was 500 meters away. We are cycling along the Rhine and they have designated bike parking in a secured garage.

The staff at this hotel were fantastic, quite helpful and friendly, despite our lack of German. The decor is beautiful in the lobby/lounge and our room. We visited during the World Cup 2026 and many of the games were being shown in the lounge so that was a nice perk. The location is fantastic with a tram stop just outside and the town centre is accessible easily by foot. We ate breakfast one day only which was excellent with lots of options. I would stay here again and would recommend.

Whilst on a busy intersection, the hotel was quiet and close to the old town and tourist sights. Staff are polite and helpful.
