Location, cleanliness, breakfast, comfortable bed. Extra points for recycling - well done! I enjoyed my stay :)
No lift. My room was on the 3rd floor. There is a lift for heavy stuff but the lady who checked me in didnt tell me about it (even though she saw I had a large and heavy suitcase) and I only realized it when got on the 2nd floor.

The breakfast was good enough for a very decent price.
On an extremely hot day, they didn't turn on the a/c for my arrival and the room was very hot. I needed 2h to cool it down to an acceptable temperature.
The in-room a/c was just next to the bed; it was difficult to sleep well...
