Super convenient location! Next to train tracks but no noise! AC! Everything clean and new in the room. Minus points for it being slightly difficult to get feather- free bedding despite arranging it ahead of time and also because they are not generous with the pillows! (I had 1)

Super quiet in a "business room" on the 4th floor. I could not hear any outside noise and I am quite noise sensitive.
Because it was adjacent to the central station, getting around Bonn and out of the city on day trips was wonderfully easy.
Effective a/c.
Prper blackout curtains.
Enough space for suitcases. Plenty of table/surface space in the room.
Enough counter space in the bathroom for one's own toiletries.
2 sockets on each side of the bed
As an addition to my positive comments about the location, bear in mind that quite a lot of homeless or substance addicted individuals tend to be in areas around the central station.

Good location and room was clean and spacious.
All of the reception staff displayed a very dismissive, unhelpful and at times rude attitude.
