- I could not underlign this enough: amazing staff! Availability on the phone for all maters, possibility to leave your luggage before the official check-in time when the cleaning is still in progress, honesty about payment procedure and great recommendations for food and tourist attractions!
- perfect localization: during our stay we did all the main attractions (Duomo, Santa Croce, Uffizi, Accademia, Boboli Gardens and many more) without having to take a bus once. Literally everything is 10 minutes from the place
- appartement: spacious, clean, with well-equipped kitchen and great terrace to sip wine in the evening

Very nice host who was waiting for us outside on the street so we could easily find the appartment.
The appartment was clean, with fridge/freezer/washingmachine/dishwasser and also a nice small terrace.
The beds could be more comfortable.
