Location, spaciousness, comfort, Free WiFi. The availability of the washing machine meant we could pack less. 😁
Air-conditioning was not sufficient and may need a service.

Very nice appartment with excellent location in Firenze. Perfectly clean and well equipped. Perfect welcome, also with help finding the right house!(Seems like there are two different numberings on the buildings - one old and another more modern)
The location is also incredibly quiet at night, considering the central position! We liked it very much!!
One must be aware of the fact that this is a very, very ancient building! This meens a lot of charm BUT the stairs to the apartment on the 2nd floor is not easy to manage, especially with heavy luggage.
