Good location.
Sufficient minimal equipment for a short stay.
Service is very poor.
1. When we arrived, shower gel, shampoo are not available, we provided the feedback but they were not refilled.
2. The fan and the kitchen lights are synchronized, we couldn’t have the fan on when the light off but must have both on. As it was hot when we stayed,
we had to turn on the fan (with the lights on as well), as the result, we couldn’t sleep. We provided our feedback to the proper and requested to cancel the next night if they did not fix the issue but they did not have any solution and did not agree with our cancellation request. The response was very slow as well.
As the result, we had nights with very poor sleeping quality.
We find the property manager did not care about the service they provided, just simply say sorry for the inconvenience. No action was taken to address the issue.

The location was on point.
Alittle dirty, no shower gel in the bottles and no A/C that had been described in description - just 1 fan for one room that had a lot of dust on it. There was a ceiling fan in both rooms but ceiling too high for it to actually be felt whilst sleeping/sitting.

Great location, within walking distance of the metro and bus stops. The kitchen was very convenient and well equipped. The mattress was also very comfortable.
The apartment and the hallway leading to the apartments were very stuffy, with little to no air circulation. There is a balcony door that can be opened, but since the balcony is easily accessible from neighboring buildings, I did not feel comfortable leaving it open while sleeping.
There is a ceiling fan, but it only works when the light is on (confirmed by the hotel staff). So, unfortunately, the options were either sleeping in a very hot and stuffy room or sleeping with the fan and the light on.
The bathroom also needs some improvement. The sink was partially clogged and drained very slowly. The shower has only a half glass partition, but it is not large enough to prevent water from splashing onto the rest of the bathroom. The floor became extremely wet after every shower, to the point that I had to wring out the bath mat to avoid stepping onto a completely wet floor.
I also had an issue with the room service. As I understood it, there is no regular housekeeping service, but guests can request items through WhatsApp. I requested toilet paper and a dry bath mat. The following day, someone entered the apartment and changed the bed sheets, but the toilet paper was not replenished and the bath mat was not replaced. I had to go out and buy toilet paper myself because the hotel team told me via WhatsApp that there was no one available anymore and I would have to wait until the next day.
