The room was great and spacious, the couch was a great extra. The shower very big and comfortable. We had an excursion early in the morning and they changed the breakfast hours to accommodate this which was awesome. Breakfast was basic but delicious and all you need. Host quick response time via whatsapp was very helpful. We loved the location as right in the center with lots of restaurants, gelato, shops etc. 5 min to Riva for the boat tours.
It was on the 4th floor with no elevator, which we kind of knew based on the ceiling in the photos but after a full day out or if you forgot something it was quite the hassle to reach the room. The couch was nice to have but a bit hard and getting into the bed on one side was complicated due to the low ceiling

Great location and everything very clean. Nice choice at breakfast and nice that you can make a cuppa / have a drink in the kitchen area during your stay outside of breakfast hours. They also kindly let us store luggage as had late flight.
The steps upto the loft room ( triple) were very narrow and lots of them. The loft room triple sloping ceilings made the room feel quite small. I wouldn’t book this room again for 3 people.

Location is excellent.
Staff very nice and knowledgeable about the area.
Being an elderly couple the very narrow staircase wasn’t easy to climb. Luckily our room was on the first floor. It wasn’t much of a safety box as it wasn’t attached at all to the wall. No knobs in the bathroom to hang the towels on … the one rack was too high up to hang ONE towel on….
