Perfect location & close to the Riva, incredibly friendly and helpful staff. Best espresso, cappuccino or flat white coffee you could ever ask for. Includes a wonderful breakfast plus a quality restaurant on the premises.

Quiet and the best shower ever! We would most definitely stay there again without reservation and no need to look elsewhere. Two thumbs up.! JB

I travel a lot and this was as good as it gets.
We had to actually leave the lousy, dangerous apartment we were at in Dubrovnik and getting here was a treat. The staff took care of the luggage, the breakfast was great as was the dinners we had there.
The staff was smart, spoke great english and thoughtful.
Also they had blankets as well as duvets - and the air conditioning worked well.
The location was right on the edge of old town - we park in a lot about 150 yards away and just "rolled" down to the hotel

We stayed 3 nights at the Aspalathos Residence and all expectations met. Location made everything walkable, for example the waterfront (Reva) was 5 minutes, the Palace was maybe 7-8 minutes. Most important was the staff. They all made us feel great and truly enjoyed their work.

Amazing boutique hotel, incredible position in the old city. The staff were so accommodating and friendly. Would 100% go back.
