About this condo rental
Located in Thessaloniki, this charming condo for $64 per night is a great option for your next break. Our apartment is located in a very quite neighborhood right in the center of Thessaloniki, on the 7th floor of a building with elevator, recently fully renovated and with lots of windows that let the sun come in throughout the day!. 1' from the ARISTOTLE UNIVERSITY OF THESSALONIKI 1' from HELEXPO premises It consists of 2 bedrooms each with a king size bed (orthopedic mattresses). A couch and a sofa bed in the living room it can accommodate a small child. Baby crib is provided. Clean linens and towels are also provided. The kitchen is new and very functional equipped with everything you will need to prepare a snack or even a dinner. Refrigerator, electric stove with oven, microwave, filter coffee maker, toaster, hot water In the brand new bathroom / WC, there is a wash bin, a shower cabin, and a washer-dryer machine. You will also find some personal care products and a first aid kit. We hope you will find everything you need that will make your stay pleasant and comfortable. Very centrally located, the neighbourhood is one of the city's most vibrant and busy areas, (the street is quiet though) very popular to all age groups, with lots of cafes, tavernas - restaurants,where you can taste real greek cuisine, one of the many things that Thessaloniki is famous for. You will be amazed of how many people are sitting outside enjoying their coffee or meal. In a close distance 5-10 min you can also find many shops, just in case you want to 'shop till you drop!'. Super market and 24hrs convenient store are close by, 2/5 minutes. Very easy to reach from airport or railway station or port. The AUTh (Aristotle University of Thessaloniki) and UOM (University of Macedonia), International Trade Fair (HELEXPO) are a minute's walk from the apartment! Thessaloniki is very easy to explore on foot, and you will find everything you might need in a walking distance!!Famous historical monuments that are within 2-10 minutes distance on foot, are: the Palace of Galerius (Navarinou Square), the Arch of Galerius (Kamara), Rotonda, The Roman Market in Aristotelous, the Archeological & the Byzantine Museum, the White Tower, The Ataturk Museum, The MMCA - Macedonian Museum of Modern Art (in the International Trade Fair premises), Aristoteles Square, City Center of Architecture. Many of the most beautiful Byzantine churches, are also close by. Other places of interest are: The beautiful 'Ano Poli' the Upper Town part of the Old City of Thessaloniki still kept intact, 'Thousand Trees' (Seih Sou Forest), and of course don't miss the chance to take a walk along the commonly known 'Paralia' of Thessaloniki seaside!... A bike Rental office is situated right in front of Macedonia Palace hotel, where you can rent a single, double, triple or quadruple! bike and explore Paralia from one end to the other!! There is connection to all main bus lines through 'Egnatia str' and 'Tsimiski str'. Don't miss the Thessaloniki sightseeing buses (hop on hop off) : or the Cultural Line of the local public transfer buses : We are sure that you will not get enough of our lovely city!

This apartment is in a great location in the Thessaloniki, near historical sites and for walk-in exploring the city. Marianna was a very a very welcoming and helpful host. Nice sunny apartment with balconies for city views.

Couldn't have been happier with this apartment in the heart of the city. It was just perfect for my stay with access to all the historical sites, museum, ruins and amenities. The host was very accommodating and everything I needed was available. You cannot go wrong staying here.

We really enjoyed our stay in Marianna’s very stylish apartment. The location was great to walk everywhere we needed to go. Marianna was there to meet us and show us the apartment. It had everything we needed and was surprisingly spacious. Marianna responded quickly to all communication.

This was a great home base for a week in Thessaloniki. It's walkable to shops, restaurants and sights in the city center and water front. The city bus and tourist "hop on, hop off" buses also stop nearby, so transportation is easy if you'd rather not walk.

Our.favorites were Lola’s and Pasha House. We did a canyoning trip on Mt. Olympus with Getyourguide which wasn’t too far away maybe an hour drive. Perfect place to stay!

I stayed with my husband and two kids for a month here, and we would definitely come back. The home has all the amenities we needed, and the two beds and 2 bedrooms gave us plenty of space. Plus it is decorated like a place someone lives in versus an empty shell that so many vacation homes feel like. We really liked the location and often headed down to the waterfront or to the playground at the rotunda. There are lots of cafes, restaurants, and grocery stores nearby. It’s easy to get to and from the airport on the bus which passes directly by the apartment.

glazing keeps the flat reasonably quiet. There can be student
parties which are rare and unpredictable.

Lovely bright and fresh apartment
The transfer by taxi from Thessoloniki airport is about 20 minutes. Marianna kindly rang us when we landed and arranged to meet us at the apartment with the key (an hour earlier than the 2pm check in). The apartment is very clean and tastefully decorated. All bedding etc is of a high standard. The location is absolutely perfect for exploring the city. Marianna recommended a restaurant called Lolla's (about a 5 minute walk from the apartment), for us it was the best food in the city. All communication with Marianna was easy and efficient . She is the perfect host.

Pleasant place, nice spot, communicative host
We arrived sick with colds. So we had to lie around in the apartment for a couple of days to recover. Luckily, the apartment really is "sunny & happy"--high above the street, with lots of big windows, and with colors and decor that emphasize the connection with sea and sky--so it was a very pleasant place to lie around in. The host responded quickly to our messages whenever we had questions. All amenities listed were provided, plus some emergency instant coffee etc.
A couple of caveats for travelers who might care about these specific things: We had three people, but the host was able to provide only one set of keys, which added some logistics to getting back into the apartment if we went different ways. So if you have three or four people you might ask whether additional keys will be available. Also, obese guests might literally not be able to fit through the shower doors.
Overall it's a nice little place, and we'd stay again.

Schöne Wohnung in einer schönen Stadt
Die Wohnung ist ohne jede Einschränkung empfehlenswert. Lage, geschmackvolle Einrichtung, hell, sonnig, absolute Sauberkeit - alles perfekt. Die Vermieterin war freundlich und hilfsbereit und stets erreichbar. Es gibt ein gutes Restaurant in 5 Minuten Entfernung: "Lola". Wir waren 4 Erwachsene und hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit.

Fantastic oasis in city center
This apartment is exactly how it presents online and maybe even better. It was a perfect base for exploring Thessaloniki. We were 3 adults (one couple and one single) and it suited us perfectly. We had our own generous sized bedrooms and a very functional kitchen with all necessary equipment, bathroom with washing machine, a lounge and two small terraces. We were there for work so we cooked our dinners some nights using fresh produce from markets - all within walking distance. I walked the city from end to end and then returned home to our tranquil space. I would highly recommend this apartment.

This property is as good as one might wish for.
Well above the street level, superclean, airy.
Next door to a historic palace of Emperor Galerius, other historic spots, only a few blocks from the waterfront, but far enough to avoid humidity.
Convenient for shopping yet screened off the busy streets by a church next door.
My wife and I enjoyed our stay tremendously.

wonderful apt. perfectly located for tourists.
This modern apt with all the necessary things is located within walking distance of almost all the artistic treasures of Thessaloniki. In addition practically outside your door there are cafes, bakeries and restaurants galore. We ate 3 totally delicous meals at Lola, a seafood tavern recommended by Mariana, our landlord, only 2 blocks away. From the balcony you overlook a church. There is an elevator to take you to the 7th floor apartment. Mariana will help you arrange airport transfers in advance and is happy to help plan a tour, recommend a shop etc if you ask her before you arrive in Greece. We HIGHLY recommend this apt.

Very clean, modern,tastefully furnished apartment in central area. Description was accurate and host was very friendly and responsive to several questions/requests. Apartment was equipped with all basic necessities including coffee! Can highly recommend this property. It is near one university and is a vibrant area, but the apartment is on the 7th floor (with a lift) and quiet. Thank you Marianna.
