The localization was very good. Close to all the attractions, shops, restaurants and a bus stop. The huge balcony had stunning views of the Rotonda. The building had a lift was very comfortable. There was a dishwasher in the kitchen and washing machine in the bathroom. The beds were also comfortable. The communication with the owner was very good as well, quick ro answer and helpful.
The apartment needs a refurbishing. There was peeling paint on the wall in the bedroom. Some of the kitchen furniture has visible water damage and needs changing. There is an ac in only one bedroom and it was not working while we were there and it is difficult to sleep with the windows open due to the noise from outside restaurants, but you expext the noise as the localization is very central. The bathroom fan is not working properlly and there is no window so you can see black mold forming on the ceeling, as there is no proper ventilation. The apartment was not very clean when we arrived. The kitchen was very dirty, the tilles were yellow and they only need to be gently swiped with a wet towel. Regardless, the apartmant is very nice and has great potential if only it gets cleaned properly and some things get redurbished.

Am avut o ședere minunată în acest apartament și îl recomand cu toată încrederea! Totul a fost absolut superb. Proprietarul este o persoană foarte serioasă și de încredere. Ne-a oferit o autonomie deplină: self check-in-ul a fost extrem de simplu, cheia fiind lăsată într-o cutie securizată afară, direct la ușă. Pe tot parcursul șederii nu am fost deranjați absolut deloc, ceea ce am apreciat enorm.
Locația este un alt mare plus: extrem de aproape de centru și de bulevardul principal, ideală pentru a explora orașul la pas. Curățenie, seriozitate și confort. Vom reveni cu siguranță!

Son emplacement vraiment exceptionnel, impossible de faire mieux. Très confortable, très belle terrasse, hôte charmant.
